I'm really happy with Group Dryer Vent Cleaning Services Bethesda, MD's recent visit to my house for air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and a thorough dryer vent inspection. I recently scheduled an inspection after noticing a strange odor around the dryer vent area in my home. The team at this company responded quickly and explained that moisture buildup can sometimes lead to mold growth inside vent systems. We had similar experience to another reviewer (Molly). Deanwood was able to repair and reinforce our 30+ years old deck while updating it with composite materials. Andrew did a beautiful job and we couldn’t be more pleased. Found them on Consumer Checkbook and absolutely thrilled with the results.

Tom and Andrew reconditioned our deck with composite decking materials. Also added benches. Did solid work at a reasonable price. Will use again for home improvements.

Andrew and Tom did a phenomenal job on our composite deck., I would highly recommend Deanwood Decks to all. We are extremally happy with their work and the results. You will not be disappointed with their craftsmanship.

Andrew did a great job replacing my wood deck with composite decking. He also power washed my patio and concrete steps and put stain on a couple railings. Tom was very easy to work with and sent me an estimate quickly. Deanwood Decks prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Deanwood Decks and a great experience.

Deanwood Decks just completed my home's deck and their attention to detail, efficiency, and cost of service went above and beyond my expectations.

We got a couple quotes for our deck renovation. The other companies told us we had to demolish the current deck and start from scratch. Deanwood Decks was the only business that saw the potential in what we currently had and offered us the option to keep some of the materials, and they would only replace what was necessary. The quote Deanwood Decks gave us for this deck project was 50% lower than the competitors. It was an easy choice to select them for the job.

Deanwood Decks is a father and son team. The quote was given by the father, and the son completed the deck repair by himself. It was remarkable how quickly the son worked. In under 2 weeks he repaired the structure of the deck with a mixture of the pre-existing wood and new wood, built a new staircase for the deck, put all new wood planks down for the floor of the deck, and finished a brand-new railing with vertical spindles. The work would have been even faster if the heat wave did not intervene with the work week.

My husband was especially impressed that before each wood plank was screwed in, the wood was aligned to be perfectly parallel to the neighboring plank. Each wood plank has slight imperfections and thought, and care, was taken to make sure the planks aligned as well as possible. Deanwood Decks does not just complete a job to finish it, they take a lot of pride in their work, and I was impressed with the craftsmanship at such an affordable price.

I thank Deanwood Decks for their hard work and highly recommend their services!

I worked with Jack at Potomac Construction and he was excellent. In fact, because of his expertise, he helped us to save nearly $5000 on our structural work, and we are very happy with the final product. He was quick, responsive, and professional, which has unfortunately NOT been my experience with other contractors at this time, so I would highly recommend Potomac Construction.

Extremely professional!!! Some kind of chemical leaked onto the front windshield of my car while I was parked in a garage in which Potomac Construction was working. I was provided their information and contacted the company to start the process to get my vehicle repaired! Everyone I spoke with was soooooo nice, the company was able to clean the chemicals off and even detailed the interior. Jay sent someone to the garage, where I park, while I was at work and when I got off my car was spotless! Jay even went even further with his customer service and gifted me with a goody bag. During a stressful time in life, which he was unaware of, Jay and the company really lifted my spirits with their superior customer service and professionalism!!!
