Come for the huge vent blower machine, stay for the deep cleaning of condenser lines. I'll say I know nothing about HVAC and got a mini PhD from MG over the course of a few hours. There was some sticker shock for sure at the costs, given what he found (it was my first look under the hood at our HVACs system this week), but he explained it all super well, as I had a ton of questions. I really have nothing to compare it to given I had little time to gather estimates, but it does seem to line up with what I've seen online in terms of pricing. And this guy works alone, it's his company, so you're dealing with the man. Thanks MG, and yeah the place is even cleaner now that you came through.

The technician that serviced my home was very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. He share pictures with me of how my vents looked before and after cleaning! He discovered a mold issue in my Duct system and remedied it. Thank you again MIchael for your excellent work.

I’ve had issues with duct cleaning not being done properly especially since it’s difficult to verify. Michael was very upright, showed me the before and after pictures, showed me the air filter before the cleaning and after to tell me how much dirt it picked up and cleaned. :) He even found my credit card lost to the dryer ages ago! I was happy with his amazing service and also with his personality - he was cheerful, eager to answer all my questions and happy to show me how to validate his work so I was comfortable and knew what I was paying for.

20 years in this house and no technician EVER cleaned the dryer vent properly until this company.
He removed FROM THE EXTERIOR rope-like wet lint with dead birds in it. Then he found black mold in heating ducts and vacuumed-sanitized the ducts. The home environment now is clear and clean. My heartiest recommendation goes to this company. Attached are some before and after shots

I could tell quite the saga with the many different people I dealt with over the course of 6 weeks after my dryer began failing. I was told the issue was the dryer vent clogged from the roof entry, that it needed to be cleaned from up there, but that they couldn't deal with my type of vent so I needed to spend $1k to do a partial dryer duct replacement, not including drywall repair nor any guarantee about what they might find when they open the wall. I called around for other opinions, all the big companies with their 5 star reviews gave me a terrible experience, too much to write about. Then, I got a clue and figured I'd try a small company with lots of experience, and Michael saved the day. Not only was he charming and professional, but he had a better, more cost effective solution, and he showed me how to do routine vent cleaning myself so clearly he wasn't in it to take advantage. Even better, he was knowledgeable enough to check for root causes, inspecting my HVAC system and finding a clog in the ac drainage (which he fixed for free) and, much to my horror, finding mold that likely is the root cause of some chronic health issues. He fixed me up with the UV light and I'm looking forward to improved air quality. He also suggested a very affordable duct cleaning, which I didn't even know was a thing you're supposed to do and has probably never been done in my very old house. I'll attach pictures of the filth. Michael taught me a lot, and he was never condescending or creepy (as, sadly, many servicemen are with us ladies). He easily could have sold me on more services, so I feel confident that I got value for my money. The UV light isn't cheap, but my goodness, how long have we been breathing in mold around here, and how would I ever have known?! Thanks Michael!

Michael came and did a thorough cleaning of ALL ducts removing dust, debris, and most importantly mold. He answered all my questions and had good advice for HVAC upkeep. Because he’s a one-man team, his rates are very reasonable for this area. I highly recommended if you need an EXCELLENT duct cleaning.
