Don’t bother calling. I’ve tried the garden department 3 times and was hung up on all three times without a hello

Could not find three items. No one at the outdoor pick up so had to back in the wrong way to get my mulch.

Parking is a mess. Garden center is small. It is fine if you can't get to a bigger one.

Fine. Weekends are a disaster. Lines can be long sporadically. They also run out of garden ware. Otherwise, a rather okay home depot.

Bethesda has one of the bigger Home Depot stores. It's bright and clean, easy to maneuver. The garden store is exceptional, with helpful staff. Parking is an issue at peak shopping times.

I have called Home Depot over the last several days to see if they have Hellebores in the garden center. Every time, I was put on hold (I held for as long as 25 minutes) and no one answered the phone. I even spoke to someone and begged not to be put on hold again, and they immediately put me on hold and then the phone was disconnected. Very bad customer service.

I have to say that I am extremely unhappy with their service, I was there on Friday at 9 am to purchase a ceiling fan with light and a remote. I asked one of the staff in the lighting department for help. He showed me what to buy and I did. I called an electrician to come to install it and when he came we opened the box to find out that the fan was not operated with a remote. I had to pay the electrician 80 dollars to come. I went back to Home Depot and asked to speak with the manager. The manager on Saturday November 31st at 1:30pm was unhelpful and didn’t care that I was misinformed by the staff, that I had to drive 30mn each way to return the wrong fan and had to pay the electrician. I want to request a 100 dollars gift card. That doesn’t even include my time. This amount covers the electrician fee and my gas.

Great app! The design is really cool and makes ordering effortless. I like that you can order a mow while you're not home and come back to a freshly cut lawn. It was good quality work and they even send you a photo of the job when they're done.

The ease of use was amazing and the guy they sent was incredibly professional and thorough. I've scheduled recurring mows with them so I don't have to worry about it all summer. It's great! My relatives in NY had an equally similar experience with getting their driveway plowed this winter. Would definitely recommend

I live in Virginia and I have a rental house in Camillus. I am sure you have found out it is very difficult to hire someone that is reliable, honest, takes pride in their work. Well with Plowz & Mowz you have found your dream company. I was in a bind this past winter having an appliance delivery during a snow storm the day before. I called P&M and my driveway was plowed the next morning and sent me photos showing the job quality. I recently hired them again to maintain my lawn. I was having a problem logging in to their website. I immediately had three gentleman helping me with amazing customer service which is hard to find. Look no further you have quality work, fair pricing and excellent customer service with Plowz & Mowz!

After a long wait, someone finally showed up, started the job, then packed up and left almost immediately without doing anything. No explanation, no follow-up. Complete waste of time. Do not recommend.

Debbie's design is fabulous - a great listener, totally reliable - which produced what we wanted. I'd work with her again without hesitation.

We recently filled in our dilapidated 30-year old in-ground swimming pool and hired Bethesda Garden Design, LLC (BGD) to re-landscape our entire backyard, which was overgrown with ivy and weeds.  Debbie Friedman and Andrea von der Pfordten, BGD’s two principals, produced a creative design in keeping with the character of our house within a few weeks and recommended a local landscape company to handle the project.  After checking the company’s references, we hired the company to handle the project and Debbie and Andrea to manage it.  We were very happy with our decision. They managed the entire project, ensured that the landscape was installed according to plan, and provided outstanding oversight and quality control. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and were very responsive to our questions and requests.  The project was a huge success!  We now have three beautiful patios, two large gardens, stunning stone paths, hundreds of plantings, and a beautiful pea gravel path leading to our stone fireplace.  We highly recommend BGD!

Debbie and Andrea did a fantastic job with our very challenging project. Our immense, fifty-year-old stone retaining wall collapsed recently, and we needed advice about what to do next. Debbie and Andrea came up with several inspired options, and we settled on re-grading our yard rather than replacing the wall.

And it came out GREAT. Along with their partners, they implemented the plan to perfection, and for a lot less money than it would have cost to replace the wall itself. We now love our gently sloping lawn, with brand-new grass and lots of beautiful bushes they planted to help with erosion, and to make the place look even better. We couldn't have done it--or even envisioned it--without them!

Debbie and her team at Bethesda Garden Design are amazing! She took our yard and transformed it into an oasis. Her design and follow through were flawless on every level. She was very prompt to answer any questions we had and worked with us to implement our own additions into her design plan. Our yards are now our favorite parts of the house thanks to Debbie. As an added plus, our hydrangeas produced so many flowers that a local florist bought some!! Thanks Debbie!
