Every interaction I’ve had with Todd and the TemperaturePro team has been wonderful. From the first call I knew I wanted to work with them.
First Tony came out to give us an estimate and he was pleasant and listened all our options for routing a gas line into our kitchen. Unfortunately, the project was a bit out of our budget so we couldn’t move forward.
We did end up having them do a simple install of a new thermostat and Todd came out to do that one. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to show us how to use our new thermostat in our AC system works.

Thank you for your note following up on my recent service. I was MORE than pleased with the service provided by Temperature Pro. The office staff is pleasant, prompt and very cordial and easy to work with to establish a timely service appointment. Your technician, Tony, is terrific. He was professional, courteous and really took the time to explain the problem to me and provide me with options. He had to make several visits and showed great patience as I worked with my Homeowners Association. He really is outstanding.
Thank you for the great service all around. I am NOT hoping for any more plumbing problems but if I do encounter any future issues, your company is first on the list to get my business.

Jason has now come out twice for 2 separate issues (a leak and a major drain clog) and did an above board job each time. He is incredibly polite, really knowledgeable, does a great job of explaining the issue at hand and then does a fantastic job of fixing the issue.
