The process itself was very easy on my end, they basically take care of everything for you. I absolutely love my new roof and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality roof installation or any of their other services!

My damage occurred on 12/31 and Greg was responsive on New Year’s Day. He checked out the damage and offered to join my insurance agent as he conducted a walkthrough the next day.

Greg walked me through each step along the way. Throughout the project Greg kept me updated by phone calls and texts. The crew was punctual, respectful, and maintained a tidy work area. We needed a roof replacement and we were recommended to contact Greg with Quality Innovation, so we did - what a great decision! He was very professional, explained how the process will work, he was also very upfront and transparent about pricing, gave us a very reasonable price and even offered to help communicate with our HOA.

After HOA approval and ordering materials, his team completed the whole project in one day!

What a wonderful job they did. The staff was friendly and professional.

We’ve needed a roof for some time due to several significant leaks on our ceiling from various recent storms. In our neighborhood, we get so many canvassers for all kinds of home improvements, and usually I’m polite and send them on their way. When I met Carlos from C &C contractors and his assistant (nephew), there was something different…he was a mature, soft spoken, very informative and very unpushy guy whom I took a liking to right away. He left me his card…no pressure. A few weeks later I decided to call him and OMG, we ended up with the best roof replacement experience we could only have dreamed of. At my request, Carlos furnished names and numbers of several clients, who upon calling them expressed their complete satisfaction with the jobs he had done. So I decided to hire them and Carlos completely took the lead, explaining every detail in the process…the inspection, how we wouldn’t have to be involved at all with the insurance company if we didn’t care to…he’d be the one calling them, coordinating with the adjuster the schedule of their visits to inspect the roof (Carlos met the adjuster and completely took over.) He then sat us down explaining in detail what the insurance company would cover, what we’d owe (let’s just say we were very happily surprised), he explained the paperwork, the next steps, showed us samples of the components of the roof, had us pick out the materials. He and his nephew were so lovely to deal with, they made this whole process so easy. Communication is his priority, leaving nothing up to guesswork. He was there every step of the way. And the roofing crew were stellar…so many of them! And so friendly, careful and efficient, completing the job in just one day. They cleaned up beautifully.
I recommend this company so highly, I can’t imagine finding one that even comes close to their expertise, helpfulness, kindness and honesty. And the new roof looks spectacular. Thank you to Carlos, Jacob, and the rest of the team!! You guys are just so amazing, we couldn’t be happier!

A friend referred them to us when we had to replace our roof. Then we had them back to install gutters and leaf guards. Recently, they repaired damage to the siding and added more leafguards. My husband and I have been so pleased with their service that we plan to call them soon for additional exterior work. I appreciated the follow up calls to make sure we were happy with each job.

C & C Contractors is a local company, not related to another out-of-state company with the same name. It's main person is Carlos, who offered a free roof inspection and contacted my insurance to make a claim after he found some shingles with wind damages. They completed the work quickly and did a pretty good job.

Carlos and Jacob were awesome, when the job was done everything was cleaned up properly. My roof replacement was done quickly and efficiently.
