We dealt with this company a few years ago for the first time, and they provided us with five-star service. So much so that I gave their company to a person whose furnace had gone out on him, and he told me they were exceptional. Since then, I have made three calls to this company to request work to be done. The first time they came out looked at the job, wrote down what we wanted done, and we did not hear anything else from them. The next time my wife called for a job to be done, they scheduled the appointment, and we waited all day (even though we had 911 business to attend to), and no one showed up. We tried one more time about two to three weeks ago. The technician they sent out did not even bother to come with paper and something to write on. All he wanted was the service charge for coming out, which, by the way, we were told there would not be a service charge. The same technician told my wife to let him copy and take pictures from her phone (which did not have the details she spent over twenty minutes explaining to him what she wanted done) the things she wanted done and after waiting for days to see an estimate, all we received from them was a request to give them a review of the service they did. What has happened to this company? Use at your own risk. My evaluation is one star, but it should be zero.

Carlos was excellent he explained everything that was being done. I will use Lions for my plumbing needs.
