He charged an exorbitant price. I deeply regretted hiring this plumber again. I should have taken on the small job myself. I’m merely trying to spread the money and support this small company in my neighborhood, but they often overcharge their clients. This experience serves as a valuable lesson: if you can complete the job yourself, do it without hiring a professional.

Patrick did an awesome job. Patrick was honest with the extent of the work, fair in pricing, and professional in his craft in every aspect of the job. My family was relief in knowing Patrick was a referral from our next door neighbor. After all Patrick is a local Bowie resident for more than 40 years. Thank you for your meticulous work. Prompt scheduling & speedy fix to a serious leak in my basement ceiling.

I was able to schedule an appointment easily over the phone, and the plumbers arrived in less than 24 hours during the week of Christmas. Patrick & Dylan did a great job quickly diagnosing the issue, and they fixed the leak and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

I called Corados Services twice since I had an emergency. The owner did not hesitate to accodate me as soon as possible. His team is very professional and knoledgable. I cant express how grateful I am with the services provided. I highly recomend this company for any of your plumming needs. The team is super efficient and the prices are not putrageous like other companies. You will not regret it!

I called Corados Service to inspect my sewer with a camera because I had roots in the line. They came the same day inspected the line and told me that the root problem was in the middle of my yard. They gave me a fair price for replacing the line, but when the line was replaced, there were no breaks, cracks or roots in the line. The camera price was the lowest of most companies. Their work was professional, but unnecessary since the problem was on the county side of the problem.

We had a policy with homeserve, and been dealing problems with our home sewer line for 3 years. Had multiple contractors come out to attempt to fix the issue only to cause more problems. Finally homeserve send us Sam and his company, we were nervous at first because of our past experiences... But Sam and his crew knocked it out of the park, fixed everything with our sewer line and found a problem with our water line, he worked with homeserve and was also able to fix my water line to avoid the possibility of more digging in the future.

Lastly, Sam and his crew look at everything and found a problem with the county sewer line and called to report it to the county so that they can come out and fix it.

Overall, it was so refreshing and great to work with true professionals. A+ all around, do not hesitate to give them work.

I originally had AA Twins plumbing scheduled for a plumbing repair at my home that after 3 weeks they couldn't fix. They referred me to Sammy of Corados Services. He came 'on time' to diagnosis the situation. He showed me & explained to me what had been done and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He was honest, professional and prompt. I plan to have other work done and will use this company for my future plumbing repairs and installations.

Had recurring sewer blockage problems for two years. Several other plumbing contractors provided only short-term "fixes" or, in one case, wrongly diagnosed the problem. A Home Serve contract eventually connected me with Corados Services. Samuel and his team have been outstanding both in scoping the work required and executing it quickly and with skill . They are outstanding.

This company sent a plumber named Samuel to my house in Bowie, MD. He disconnected the valve that supplies water to my fridge, took half of the fee, and told me he would be back the next day with a tool to reconnect the valve, and never showed up again (Never received a call or anything, he just didn't show up). The sad part was he told me my main valve was outside the house when it was actually under the sink (I hired another plumber who tested the valve under the sink and it works). I believe he didn't know what he was doing.
