John C Food's employee, Jacob George, is an absolute miracle worker. He diagnosed and fixed six problems in one visit. He was a friendly, knowledgeable, competent, hardworking, and consummate professional. He laid out several options to fix our problems, and worked non-stop for long hours, doing very high quality work. I recommend him in the very highest possible terms.

Arlene was very knowledgeable and able to explain how our HVAC system was performing in understandable terms.

Francisco Toledo did an excellent job. As he was diagnosing the problem, he was explaining step by step what he was seeing and what he needed to do to fix issue. I learned a lot about my air conditioning system from Francisco and now how to fix if issue returns. I would highly recommend Francisco.

James Matthews, the technician was fantastic! He provided outstanding and professional service. He communicated very well and was quick and efficient with quality work. I will not recommend JC Flood because of their outrageous pricing. For a 90 minute job they much included pre and post paperwork and minimal materials- a shakeout and addition of a pipe access point was quoted $1100. Outrageous and I won’t be recommending to close friends and family. I brought it to the companies attention and was guided to leave a review.

We called John C Flood, and they sent someone the same day to repair our garbage disposal. He was fast, efficient, and extremely polite.

He diagnosed the problem, informed me about it, and after I authorized the work, he immediately commenced to fix it. After completion, he left the area clean and organized. Had to replace a 240VAC outlet with a 120VAC outlet in addition to replacing the 240VAC breaker switch with a 120VAC breaker switch. Technician was very efficient, quickly addressed work to be accomplished and finished the job in minutes.

Jose Bonilla wass excellent in his service replacing our hot water heater.

Tyler B was our technician and he was extremely helpful. Not only was our issue resolved quickly (a lightening strike took out all of our GFiDs) but he explained the entire issue and how he was going to fix it. He also suggested we surge protection added to our panel and took the time to fully explain what it is and how it works. Very helpful. Very courteous.
