Beltway Chimney did excellent work for us. We had to replace a water heater and Beltway did the work to re-line the venting chimney to bring it up to code, and then we also hired them to complete crown repair. Larnell and Marcus were courteous and communicative. We recommend them highly.

I'm forever grateful to Darryl and his team for their impeccable service. They were initially hired to fix my fireplace and chimney but in the middle of the job, Darryl noticed an issue with how my furnace was positioned on the roof. He took pictures and showed it to me and also compared it against my neighbors. As I noticed the issue, I gave him permission to go into my attic where he noticed my pipe venting was completely detached from the furnace allowing carbon monoxide to enter my attic. There were a couple more issues he noted surrounding this and was able to help me fix the issue within a couple of days. Because of him and his team, he has saved me from a bunch of health issues that were certain to happen if care wasn't taken. The team is great and their attention to detail impeccable.

Good doing business with Beltway Chimney. They installed a chimney sleeve/liner for my gas water heater (to include top plate, rain cap, mortar collar, hot water heater vent pipe and new B-vent pipe for furnace).
Mr. Darryl (owner), worked me into the schedule on short notice to provide an estimate. He completed a diagnostic and gave me a price. It was challenging to swallow, but after consulting with several friends who actively work in the HVAC/plumbing industry under big name companies, they advised me his price was more than fair.
We booked the appointment. His team arrived on time as agreed. The work was completed neatly. All materials and surfaces were cleaned up following job completion. They tested it. Everything worked fine. I paid. An invoice was provided timely. I would do business with them again.

I called several companies for an estimate on my Chimney and the prices was very high. I called Beltway Chimney and Darryl Holloman came to do an estimate and he was thorough and told us everything that needed to be done. He wasn't trying to get over on high prices. My boiler died. I had no heat for 10 days. When the installers opened the chimney, they saw I had the wrong size chimney liner. And the water heater was vented wrong. It was a bad situation.

They called Darryl Holloman. He came out the same day. He and his crew (Richard, Larnell, and Shawn) installed the chimney liner, hooked up the boiler, fixed the pitch on the hot water the next day.

Darryl answered all of my questions without being condescending. (I asked a lot of questions.) He took the time to explain the whole process. He and his crew worked together like a machine. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I just cannot say enough good things about this company and the work they did for us. Particularly Shawn and his son, also named Shawn. This team was working on a neighbor's property when we asked if they'd come by to take a look at some work needing to be done on our home (we were getting LIVE BATS inside our house and have two little kids). Shawn was so responsive all the way through the process, super focused on making sure the job was done right (especially after the supply place ordered the wrong part, and concerned that we were satisfied. He is good at what he does, and even better: He's just a good HUMAN. Every positive review about him is 100% accurate. I literally wish all contractors were like this... and that I had more work to offer him. Do not hesitate to contact this company for your chimney project. They do not disappoint!

I'm a first time home homeowner, and when I had the inspection for the house I ended up buying, the inspection report said the chimney mortar joints needed to be repaired. I really didn't know what this meant, or what a fair price was, but I started during research and came across Beltway Chimney, and they had very good reviews.

I got a free quote, and then got another quote for comparison, and Beltway Chimney's quote was way more reasonable. So I scheduled the repair, and the work looks good to me!
