I contacted Mario of MG Luxury Decks and Fences and after meeting with him I decided that I did not need to consult with any other deck contractor. Mario provided a projected start date and the company delivered as promised. The MG Lux replacement of my old deck was quite a pleasure to see. The on site fabrication of everything was most impressive. I am most satisfied with the work done!

I needed to have 17 of the deck planks repaired in my deck and I was concerned that the work wouldn’t match what was already there however, the work was amazing. They did an excellent job and were extremely professional. The deck is beautiful. the wood that they used was top-notch and I couldn’t be more pleased. Looking forward to working with them again on some other projects that we have.

MG Luxury Decks & fence did a wonderful job replacing my old deck/ staircase and shoring up old my fence. Mario is a good communicator, sharing updates with me. Alex and the fellas stayed on schedule even with the rain challenges we had this week. When the job was done they cleaned up the areas. They did a really good job handling the removal of water from our basement. The crew removed also all wet damaged items from the basement. They patiently worked with me in identifying what needed to be discarded. Their crew cleaned areas, cut out damaged paneling and worked to avoid any mold growth. The place was sanitized, damaged items removed; and the basement aired out with blowers. I liked that the supervisor patiently explained everything step and did work in line with Covid-19 precautions (masks, distancing and communicating via phone). They dealt with insurance company and provided all pictures and information so that the claim was paid.

ServiceMaster came in and did a carpet and hardwood floor cleaning. My floor looked like a completely different room, just like I brought new carpet. The wood floors look good also, they explained the whole process to me, and the drying time was not as bad as I have had before. I have already scheduled an appointment for next year after the New Year!

The water line to our icemaker developed an ice dam which forced the water line out of the freezer compartment of our refrigerator. We had water on the floor which went into our finished basement. ServiceMaster came out quickly and they identified the problem. Their technicians carried moisture sensors to tell them exactly where the water had hit the ceiling, the wall, the carpet and the baseboards.

The ServiceMaster crew came quickly, were extremely efficient and polite, and they resolved the problem effectively. The technicians helped me with all the paperwork for the insurance company and then got to work. They took off the wet baseboards, pulled up the wet carpet and cut out a square of wet drywall in the ceiling.

They brought in six large blowers and two dehumidifiers that they aimed at all of our wet areas. Three days later the technicians were back to remove all their equipment. My place was bone dry. There was no sign of mold or mildew anywhere.

I plan to use ServiceMaster for the next piece of this restoration to patch the drywall, repaint, clean and re-install the carpet and put on new baseboards. ServiceMaster is quick, efficient, polite and extremely competent at water restoration work. I highly recommend them.

We used the serviceMaster for fire-damage clean-up and storage. I am very impressed with thier service because they cleaned up and brought back our goods well packaged and in a good state.

BE CAREFUL!!! They overcharged me for an inspection in October and I have yet to get a refund for the difference. Every time I call, they are not in or won't return my call.

He diagnosed our chimney issues quickly and suggested a chimney cap replacement. We ended up going with a stainless steel chimney cap, and he also repaired our old chimney chase cover. The fireplace cleaning was thorough, and the chimney odor removal really improved the indoor air. I was also impressed by the variety of custom chimney caps they offered—ours looks fantastic. It’s rare to find a business that’s this honest and professional. Five stars for sure.
