My units were installed within 2 days of contacting All-Pro Services. Everything was completed the same day. I asked them to place the units on the side of my house and they did it!!!! Yay!!! I can finally use all of my patio without my units taking up space.

All Pro did an Amazing job with the installation of our AC system. The service was good from start. The sales guy Jorge who came out was very professional and knowledgeable, and gave us several options to choose from. The installation team were wondering and the finance department was amazing. The experience was really good from beginning to end. We are very pleased.

Khiree and Roosevelt did an excellent job on my newly installed HVAC unit. They arrived on time and installed the air and heating system in a very professional manner. They took their time to complete the work and test the systems. No complaints from me.

Terrible experience. Called them on Tuesday for service and told person on phone that I will be home after 2h30pm. They called at 1 saying they can come at 1h30 but can't do 2h30pm so they supposedly reschedule me for next day. I was fine with that so I reaarange my schedule to be home the next day for the repair. Next day, called to confirm and was told a tech will call me. Nothing the whole day. Everytime I call they say someone a tech will call but I guess they don't want to do services. Called at 4pm and they got me to a manager finally and was told they put me in the system on wrong date and for wrong service. Unprofessional. If you want service done and don't want to beg to have tech come check out then don't get help from here.

All-Pro Services were great in installing my HVAC, whole house humidifier and UV Lamp. Tom and his team did a professional job and we are very happy and satisfied with the work that was done. I highly recommend anyone needing HVAC services done, to call All-Pro Services.

Contracted All Pro through Home Depot when my heating went out in November 2025. They were professional and responsive. Installers arrived on time to install the new system. A few issues arose which were addressed to include the unit not being properly grounded which caused the heat to stop. Repair folks came out on a Saturday to fix. And a heat vent issue that they did not cause but were able to fix. I await the AC to be tested when we get into warmer weather, that is the last outstanding task.

All Pro installed a new hybrid hot water heater for us. The entire team (the install team Khiree, Thomas, Rosevelt, and Jorge who came and did the initial assessment) were all extremely professional and did a great job. Despite being a large 80 gallon tank needing to go into a very tight space, they made it work and did a very neat installation and everything left extremely tidy. I would definitely use All Pro again.

We had a water heater replaced with All Pro, through HomeDepot, and were very satisfied with the experience. Jorge came out next day, walked me through what was happening and what was needed to be replaced. Then Khiree, Rosevelt and Thomas were on-time, quick, and careful in my home, completing the install the next day. A very positive experience.

ALL-Pro Services came out to try to repair my extremely old furnace and hot water heater a week before the huge snow storm of ‘26. The repair try to revive my current system without success. The company worked with me and move quickly to replaced and have 48 hours for trail before the snow storm hit. Jorge Lopez was extremely helpful to get everything in motion. The installation staff was punctual and extremely polite. They cleaned up after the work was completed. I recommend this company!
