General Contractor reviews in Catonsville, Maryland

Caleb was our general contractor for an extensive remodel of our 60+ year old home. He is a professional whose expertise delivered a finished product that exceeded our expectations. Work was completed within established deadlines with attention to detail. Caleb's team included Kevin, Eric, and Laken, who were all a joy to work with.

Caleb and team were awesome to work with from start to finish. Caleb clearly knows his stuff and was able to diagnose and fix my house repair issue when others could not.

Solt's Construction did a super job with our garage makeover! We now have some amazing new shelves, tool bins, and a workbench. Thank you!

I called Solts for an estimate. They were extremely fast, professional and friendly. Their staff is very responsive and helpful, and we would like to do business with them in the future.

Solt's replaced front door, storm door and attic pull down steps. They are thorough and detail oriented. Beautiful installation! I highly recommend them.

Drywalled and spackled bedroom ceiling. Very clear communication with timeline and performance exceeded our expectations. Pricing was appropriate for task . I used Solt Construction based on a recommendation and would also use/recommend Solt Construction for future projects."

We recently had our master bathroom remodeled by Solt's Construction and are extremely happy with the outcome. They communicated well throughout the process, finished on time which is rare with construction projects and did it at very fair price.

I highly recommend Solt's Construction and Repair LLC. They took an innovative approach to solve a complex window and structural problem in my 20-year-old home. They did what they said they would, quicker than committed, and at a fraction of the anticipated cost. Their range of expertise, workmanship and work ethic are outstanding.

Caleb is awesome and easy to work with. He did a phenomenal job with our remodel, and his price is extremely reasonable.

Caleb fixed a hole in my roof and re-framed my deck. He did an excellent job and was very professional. Great communication throughout. I will definitely call them again!

Heavy rains in May 2018 exposed a leak in a window well which caused water to drain through a window into our basement. We also recently had a deck installed which we thought may have contributed to the issue. Our home is only 2.5yrs old. After multiple visits and attempts to address the issue by both our builder and deck contractor water still got into the basement. I began looking for independent contractors and luckily found Caleb. He meticulously diagnosed the issue and set about the repair process. We are very happy with the fine work he did and plan to work with him for upcoming projects we have for a condo we rent. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Solt's Construction. Caleb Solt is a meticulous craftsman who does the highest quality work. He completed two complicated construction projects on my farm and we look forward to using him again!

The total experience from estimate to completion of the project was seamless. The property was left clean at the end of each day. Explanation of what was being done, the reasons for the uses of materials, and knowledge of the products gives confidence to us as homeowners.
Pride of workmanship and abilities is evident.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone needing someone who cares about the final touches and pleasing the homeowners.

We are so pleased with our bathroom renovation with a walk-in shower conversion, as well as other upgrades. The work was done well and in a timely manner. We look forward to many years of enjoying this bathroom.

Caleb repaired our backyard gate. He was professional, punctual, and worked with our budget. The latch and post for our gate were misaligned, making it impossible to close or lock. Other repair/handymen advised us to replace the gate entirely, but we thought the post/latch could be adjusted and the gate salvaged. Caleb understood what we were looking for, and gave us various prices and solutions that included keeping the existing gate. Caleb did a fantastic job and our gate closes and locks beautifully! I would recommend him to others, and will use his services in the future!

Caleb repaired trim on the outside of our house. We were very pleased with his work. His work was of high quality, timely and efficient. He cleaned up each day before leaving. I would not hesitate to use Caleb for future projects.
