I have never had such an awesome cleaning experience as I did with Maria and B-more Pure! Not only is she fast and extremely thorough, but she uses environmentally responsible methods and uses cloths instead of paper towels. I'm a busy bachelor so I'm pretty messy and she was able to completely renew my space and help me set up to keep it better in the future. If you need a professional clean for an amazing price this is the call to make.

Maria is amazing! Her attention to detail is AMAZING, she uses products that are safe in a house with kids, and her prices are so fair. She's done regular cleans and deep cleans before we sold our house. She's great!!!

Maria does spectacular work! She is great to work with -- very flexible in personalizing the cleaning to what you want/need at the time. She produces amazing results without harmful chemicals. I have been happily using her services for years and recommend her to everyone I know.

We hired Maria to do a deep clean of our home. She wore covers over her shoes and really listened to what was important to me during our initial appointment. She gave me a very detailed quote and was very professional. When she came for the cleaning she was very respectful of our nervous dog and how much noise she made when I was in work meetings. The house smelled clean without stinging my nostrils. Our bathrooms and kitchen sparkled. I felt such a weight lifted off my shoulders. Her services were well worth it!

Maria does a great job. We have had both deep clean and routine cleans of our house and have always been pleased with the results. She is very professional and thorough, and we like that the products used are eco-friendly. Highly recommend B-more Pure.

Maidpro sent out a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable maid; Lanetta did an excellent job ! My house is the cleanest it has been since we moved in. Money well spent!

I used the maid pro service for deep clean. Two maids came and did a superficial clean and did not clean the Refrigerator and Cabinets(which we paid for). Calling them and asking for a re-clean or refund was a pain. Very unprofessional and poor customer service

The worst experience ever with this company. After using them 2 once for a regular cleaning I was satisfied with. The second time they call while enroute without any reminder email that I have a cleaning scheduled after doing this twice my card was charged. The third and last time I used them for a clean out to turn over apartment over back to private owner. They upcharged for a extra hour for 40.00. Never once did they inform me the additional charges to clean stove and refrigerator.!!! The kicker was I left the keys taped under a shelf when you walk in my building since it is a security building. I came back that evening no keys. I call the person who cleaned my apartment she states she taped them back under the shelf still no keys. I call the office the next day the young lady I spoke to was apologetic but still no keys. I was told to get keys made and fill out a insurance form to get reimbursed in 2-4 weeks. Luckily one of my neighbors put the keys in my door. I had to clean refrigerator myself. You can upsell me for more time but couldn't inform me of the additional charge to clean my kitchen properly. These people are a joke!!!! A totally dissatisfied customer .
