I can’t say enough good things about the work Kris did. He recently worked on my parents’ home, and the results were outstanding. Not only did he thoroughly clean the carpets, but he also stretched them, which made a huge difference. I had been concerned about the risk of my parents tripping over lumps or uneven areas, and now those worries are completely gone.
My mother is absolutely thrilled—she hasn’t stopped talking about how great everything looks. She specifically mentioned how smooth the carpet is now, with no more lumps, and how incredibly clean it looks throughout the house. The stairs, in particular, came out beautifully.
Professional, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Carpet First to anyone looking for both carpet cleaning and stretching services.

My wife has been using Kris to treat our carpets for about two years now. During his last visit I had the opportunity to meet him and I was blown away by the level of professionalism, mannerisms and, most importantly, service. Not only does he bring back our carpets to look brand new again, he also goes above and beyond.

While he was moving furniture around a room so that he could stretch the carpet out, he noticed a piece of furniture was wobbly and missing screws. After he alerted me to the issue, he asked if I had any screws to fix it. I didn't so he insisted on running out to the hardware store so he could pick some up. He didn't charge me a dime for it and still kept to his original quote.

I can go on but the bottom line is, if you appreciate truly great service then this is who you want to do business with.

I always call Kris for any upholstery cleaning. We have a linen couch which is very hard to clean and he cleaned it beautifully. My carpet always comes out amazing , fluffy, 🤩 and smells fresh.

We found Kris through some simple online searches as well as a few recommendations from a local community page. I called Kris, and he was extremely nice and personable over the phone, answering any question I had about his services and pricing. Just as his website promised, Kris was very professional, did great work, arrived on time, and treated our home like it was his own. As a former manager in public service, I know exceptional customer service, and Kris absolutely provided us with this level of customer service. I can’t recommend Kris and Carpet 1st enough!

Kris cleaned our 12 year old carpets to get our house ready for sale. He removed several tough stains, and restretched the carpets as well. Looks fantastic! It saved me the cost of replacement and they look really wonderful!

I highly recommend Kris! I've used Stanley Steamer before and their employees took longer to setup than to clean my carpets (in and out in less than 30 minutes!) Kris has provided superior services bar none! He was friendly, on time, explained the process, and moved around all the furniture to reach all areas of the carpet to conduct a thorough clean. We have dogs and our puppy has peed in certain areas more times than I'd like to admit but the rooms he cleaned already smell a lot fresher. His setup is also self-sufficient, he brings his own water and power to run the hoses. It took him about 2 hours to work on 2 bedrooms, 1 hallway and 1 set of stairs. Worth every cent, I highly recommend his services for your carpet cleaning needs. I will definitely be using him again in the future. If you are considering his services, stop your search and book now. :) Easy.

In preparing our house to sell, we called Kris for help with our carpets. The carpets haven’t been professionally cleaned in 4 years, and we have two dogs, so it needed some help but we didn’t want to replace it. Kris was very responsive, came out to give us a free estimate and was able to accommodate our request for service in just a few days. Our carpets look amazing. Every stain came out and they look brand new. I would recommend Kris to anyone looking for good service and to support a local small business.

I could not let the excellent service of Carpet First LLC go without sharing. Kris was extremely knowledgeable, professional, timely, and responsible. He explained the process, moved items from the area he cleaned, returned the items, and his price was more than reasonable. I have used franchise carpet cleaners in the past and not only were they in and out of my house in a short period of time, but the stains that were initially removed always returned. Kris cleaned all the traffic areas upstairs, the stairs, and a couch in my family room. My carpets look brand new and the stains on my couch are no longer there. The couch has a renewed look and smells fresh. He took his time, brought all his own supplies, including water, and power. Kris is a locally owned business, he has over 25 years of experience, and I could not recommend him more. He not only cleans carpets, and furniture, but can restore the grout on tiled floors. I will definitely be using him in the future.

I couldn't believe how great they made my carpets look. Kris arrived on time, was very professional and put my place back together very neatly. He treated my home and furniture gently while he worked hard to remove stains that I thought would never come out. My expectations were definitely exceeded!

I had a great experience! Carlos and his co-worker did an excellent job shampooing my area rug and upholstered chair. Carlos was very informative, knowledgeable, and polite. He took the time to explain the entire cleaning process before they got to work. The results were fantastic! To top it off, they even gave me a bag of caramel popcorn that was SMACKIN! I called Chris and his team with Supreme Gleam Team. They are very responsive and even came out in 1 day to give me a quote. Chris gave me several options and explained what was best for my needs! They ended up doing the service the same day and was in constant communication. I am hiring them for my parents place as well! They are awesome and would highly recommend for all power-washing needs!

This was the first time I have ever had furniture and a rug professionally cleaned. A friend, V. Apple, recommended the company. I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The communication was outstanding, the price quoted was the price I paid, the team was very personable, professional and very knowledgeable and most of all they did an excellent job!
