Wow! I’m beyond impressed! I live in a three-story townhome in Shipley’s Grant with the washer and dryer located on the third floor. When I noticed the dryer wasn’t performing as well as it should, Hotshots came out to take a look. They quickly identified that the dryer duct runs vertically and vents through the roof.

The team carefully disassembled my stackable washer and dryer, thoroughly cleaned the vent, repaired and replaced parts of the dryer vent, and tidied up the entire area. They were incredibly detailed and professional from start to finish. The amount of lint they removed was shocking!

I’m so glad I called them, my dryer is now working perfectly. Thank you, Hotshots, for an outstanding job!
