lawns or any other project I need completed. They value their customers
and they will go the extra mile to help. I have always been pleased
with their work.

I ended up going through the yard and manually digging up a lot of the plants myself. It took some time but it has made a huge difference. I understand that the plants have deep roots and are difficult to remove, which is why I decided to hire a landscape company. I specifically asked for them to be dug up, I even asked for it to be added to the contract. I was told by the owner that there was no need, he would make sure it was taken care of. If digging up the plants was something that the company was not willing to do, I would have liked to know that so I could explore other options.

The spray helped with the other weeds but not so much the star of Bethlehem. I also did not receive an email (just checked again, maybe it went to spam but I didn't see it there either), only a call immediately after I made the review. I'm sure people have great experiences with this company but unfortunately that was not my situation. I'm not looking for anything but I do think there needs to be accountability.

Very friendly staff and reasonable price. Had them clear brush from our mulch beds, edge the beds and lay new mulch. My biggest issue is that we have a specific weed, Star of Bethlehem, that we needed to be dug up in multiple areas. Really hard to get rid of that weed without pulling out the bulb. Made it clear that digging out that weed is our primary focus. Saw a lot of the plants immediately popping up and when I moved some mulch aside in several areas, it looked like mulch was just laid over a lot of it (full plant, just on its side). I dealt with this weed last year, if you pull them and don't get the bulb, they come back but it takes a little time. If you just cover them with mulch, they almost immediately pop back up. Didn't expect them to be cleared 100% but we were hoping for the job to be a little more thorough, specifically in the backyard. Called to discuss but no resolution. Was told to try spraying them myself.

J A & Sons have done a number of projects for me including an addition to my house, roof replacement and several smaller jobs. They are a great contractor and do quality work!
