Good policy on returns

Not very organized. Hard to find items even when it says available in aisle.

Placed an order on 7/19/22
Was supposed to be next day, I been calling and asking if it's ready. Was told it will be on 7/26/22, called the they still didn't have it... Calling today on 7/30/22 ...called twice and was supposed to be transferred, but was hung up on twice... Terrible customer service.

Best garden section of any major retailer, even better than many nurseries! Clean store, very, very organized also.

Lots of nice plant options, some species I haven’t seen anywhere else. Clean store, no lines for self checkout.

Ray the Assistant Manager at Lowes at 5900 Baltimore National Pike Baltimore, Maryland 21228 was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He really helped me to have a very positive shopping experience in that he was able to provide me with detailed product information and product location. Ray has excellent customer service skills and I appreciate that.Thank you Ray!

I went there to look for a disk to dawn object to put in too the lamp socket I had a guy who help me and was very patient with me and took me to all the things I ask him about very courteous and very friendly I really appreciated him I learn thing because he explain them to me thank you very much did not get his name but thank you for all your help and for showing me where the bulbs were thank you for being so helpful God bless you

What a great company! Every step of the way, they were attentive and professional. They did great work on my overgrown, far too large gardens and correcting the lawn from a water main replacement. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Vin's Total Care Landscaping 5 STARS!!! The crew was professional, respectful and did a fantastic job. I especially want to thank Chris. I explained to Chris my vision, wants and concerns within my project. After some quick measurements and notes I was given a plan within a few days. I thoroughly went through the plan had numerous questions for Chis. Chris was always there to answer any questions that I had and even came back in person without hesitation. For me this was the exact attention to my project that I needed to make the decision best for me. Again thank you Chris and everyone else at Vin’s. Pleasant experience!

Our property needed a restoration after a water main break in January that washed away mulch as property was under water for 5 hours. The first day the crew weeded, trimmed bushes and roses and the second day they installed new mulch, stones and new sod. The stones installation is a great addition here. This is a lovely property and the crew restored it to it's potential and original beauty. They were respectful, hard-working and genuinely cared about and were proud of their work. They spent 2 full days here and we are grateful to have our property restored and in some ways even better! The owner was very attentive to our needs and was here 3 times to make sure our needs were met. Great company. Nice people out in the field and in the office as well. Amazing work ethic all around!

Vin and his crew were amazing to work with. Our yard looks fantastic! The project was on time, and on budget, and they were able to get all of the plants and materials we ordered. The crew were knowledgeable, courteous and cleaned up behind themselves. I would recommend Vins to anyone looking for landscaping.

Excellent work on 2 projects - large stone patio installation & creating a mulched bed and new lawn by re-grading, adding topsoil, mulching & planting grass seed. I recently had Vins come out and take care of some yard work at our house. From first contacting them about the project, they did an outstanding job with communicating and scheduling the project and estimates. Day of the project, they showed up on time, did fantastic work, were extremely professional and friendly and cleaned my property prior to leaving. I had a great experience with Vin’s total care landscaping and am already planning on having them come back and do some more projects in the near future. I highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Vin's Total Care Landscaping. We were interested in a lot of work to reshape our backyard: large retaining wall, hardscaping, fire pit, pergola, bed installation. We received several estimates from competitors and Vin's prices were comparable or cheaper (and his company was equally well or better reviewed). Additionally, Vincent was able to walk us through the vision and provide drawings showing the plan before we committed to going with the service. He listened closely to our wishes and made changes as requested. The work was on time and Vincent was very flexible with payment options and timelines. The crew was skilled and efficient. They were able to transform our yard from having a steep incline and drainage issues to a place where we spend most evenings on the patio around the fire pit.

Researched other landscaping services, some didn't respond but Vin's Total Care Landscaping get back with us promptly. Andrew, our point of contact was professional, patient and made excellent suggestions regarding our design goals.
Estaminets provided were detailed with no surprise once the work was started as I had experienced before with another company. Work was started when promised. Crew was polite, professional and a BIG bonus was daily clean up at the end of each day. At the end of the project Andrew came to our home with a walk-through to answer any final questions and wrapped the project up.

Vin's just completed the centerpiece of our backyard and I couldn't be more happy. They installed a flagstone patio, an oversized gravel walkway spanning the width of the house, edging, and mulching.
