Not very organized. Hard to find items even when it says available in aisle.

Was supposed to be next day, I been calling and asking if it's ready. Was told it will be on 7/26/22, called the they still didn't have it... Calling today on 7/30/22 ...called twice and was supposed to be transferred, but was hung up on twice... Terrible customer service.

Best garden section of any major retailer, even better than many nurseries! Clean store, very, very organized also.

Lots of nice plant options, some species I haven’t seen anywhere else. Clean store, no lines for self checkout.

Ray the Assistant Manager at Lowes at 5900 Baltimore National Pike Baltimore, Maryland 21228 was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He really helped me to have a very positive shopping experience in that he was able to provide me with detailed product information and product location. I thought I had a much bigger problem than I did. Miguel cleaned out a downspout and tightened the brackets on the gutters and was done in 45 minutes after cleaning the sidewalk. Showed up 10 minutes early for a scheduled appointment. Honest, fast, and professional. Excellent experience!

I’ve had EC roofing replace windows on three bedrooms and had them complete roof inspections and repairs. Their work is top notch and the customer service is stellar. Prices are very competitive and the business owner is full of integrity and is dedicated to providing the best service as well as volunteering/donating to benefit the community.

We had a great experience from start to finish getting a new roof. The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. They went above and beyond at install, and it’s a relief to know that we can rely on them for future home projects— we will absolutely choose them again!

We had piece of the roof/side come away from the roof and EC Roofing came out next day. Miguel was able to fix it without issue and also do a couple of other things under their 'tune up' price. Would call them again for anything! Customer service was also amazing!!!

We purchased Anderson replacement windows through EC Roofing and found the whole experience easy and cost effective. Price was close to half of that quoted by Renewal by Anderson. We worried about using a third party installer however, we have every confidence in the EC installation crew. The crew has been working together for 40 years and with this experience, was able to deal with an unusual situation in our kitchen. Sales and office staff at EC were a pleasure to work with. EC Roofing & Home Services Direct was amazing and quick and helped us get our roof replaced timely after a bad storm in the area. They replaced our entire roof since there was so much damage. I don’t think we were ready for some of the pressure cracks that happen naturally along certain parts of the ceiling whenever replacing a roof😆, but it wasn’t major or irreparable. The contractors that came out and replaced our roof were friendly and quick. While they were at it, they cleaned and replaced our gutters too. Such a great fresh feeling. As well, they were able to work with us and our unexpected issue whenever we didn’t have the payment up front. Their Customer Service was great and they always responded timely. Karen specifically was such a sweet soul whenever taking our payments and always so understanding and she was so very patient and kind at all times! I’ll recommend anyone to EC Roofing anytime without hesitation! Really great decision we made and we LOVE our new roof! 😁
