Exceptional Service — Above and Beyond

I reached out to this plumbing company last minute on a Saturday morning, fully expecting to wait until the following week since they aren’t even open on weekends. To my surprise, I received a call back that afternoon. The technician, Eric, apologized for the delay because he had been attending a class — something he didn’t owe me an apology for, but it showed how courteous and professional he is.

He asked thoughtful questions, including whether I had other bathrooms available so he wouldn’t need to rush out unnecessarily. Since I did, I told him Monday would work, and even though it would be a squeeze‑in appointment, he assured me he would try his best and would call to confirm. True to his word, I received a call at 8 AM Monday morning letting me know they were on their way.

From start to finish, this was the best service experience I’ve had. Eric explained everything clearly, was extremely patient, and never made me feel rushed even though I was added to an already full schedule. His professionalism, honesty, and calm approach made the entire process stress‑free.

This company was referred to me by a family member, and now I understand why they come so highly recommended. They’ve absolutely earned my trust — this is now my go‑to plumbing company.

This company is awesome, we have been using them for years and they are alway there when they say they will be and Eric is very professional and explains everything that needs to be done.

Would agree with other reviews about customer service. Don't waste your time. Work was done correctly but they will over bill. If you do use them they are not upfront about billing. They didn't even put their hourly rate on my bill. I only paid them to get them out of my life.

Great family owned and operated business. I was recommended to this company from a referral by my HVAC servicer. I called them out for a water heater leak (not an emergency call). They called the morning of the appointment to confirm they were coming. Diagnosis of the issue turned out to be a failed expansion tank due to the incorrect sized expansion tank being installed by the builder. In total, it took 2 hours to diagnose and repair the issue (including obtaining the replacement tank from a supplier). I'll surely call them back out if I need a plumber in the future.

Well at first my comment about the owner (I’m assuming the man who answered the phone) to my husband was that he seemed nice, helpful and if he was able to come out today, we would spend our money fixing a plumbing issue with this company. Two hours later (after we called 10 different places), he called my husband back to tell him he would be able to help us. My husband apologized several times and told him we found someone to come out but thanked him for his help. He said “you owe me more than an apology don’t call here again”. How rude. We come from a blue collar 26+ year family business. Professionalism goes a long way. So do referrals and reputation. Watch your words. You never know who people know. Don’t waste your time on this company.
