This is a friendly family-owned business. It's a hidden gem on the island. The used appliances are in good shape, and the prices are fair.

Bought appliance and was not even cleaned, but ok I'll clean it. Shelves broken and missing and drawer broken. Took it back and instead of arguing over every little thing I agreed to a pay $100 and be refunded the rest. But after I left he still has not applied the refund.

I bought a washing machine a month ago, paid almost $400 for it, it began leaking all over the place, the owner said $250 maybe he could fix it. I will make no more purchases from this business.

Only negative was them not being able to install my dryer correctly. But for the pricing and courteous service it's hard to beat.

Got a great deal on a refrigerator. The owners were very nice and easy to deal with. They even delivered to my home and set the refrigerator within an hour of my purchase. I would purchase from them again.

Really poor and deceitful service. Guy tried to tell me he replaced a part on our stove but he didn’t! When I called him out on it he just said nothing. Careful of this guy. He’s just looking to repair something and doesn’t care about anything except jacking up the price.

Fernando installed my new Kenmore dishwasher after Sears' terrible and convoluted ordering system resulted in a delivery without the installation and removal services I specifically requested. I called in a panic on a Friday and by Monday at 4:30, the new one was installed and the old one hauled away. Fernando couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. 5 stars.
