I called for winter service for my furnace, I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The technician Ray was very punctual and professional.

We were having issues with your HVAC not cooling the house and Nero's were able to come out immediately to help assess the issue. They were able to pinpoint the correction that was needed and fixed it ease. They were very communicative with each step of the process and even did follow-ups with us to make sure that everything was working properly. We would highly recommend them.

Julian was great!! I reached out to Nero’s around 9 AM and they came same day and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 30 minutes. As a pregnant mama, I could not take the heat. It was so happy to now have my AC working again.

My air-conditioning June 23,2025 my AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. They answered my call in the early morning assured me they would come out that day, and they did! The technician Ray let me know what he doing along the way and did not leave until he was sure my house was cooling. Ray did an excellent job at a fair price. After an awful experience with one of those larger nationwide companies we decided to only use local pros like Nero going forward. We have also found their pricing to be very fair. I have had to use them a few times for a few different issues with our two systems and they respond quick and have a lot of experience doing what they do. Highly recommend.

I’m so grateful for the exceptional service I received from Nero’s! I called in a bit of a panic when my condenser stopped working on a scorching evening. To my relief, they were able to come out the very next day—right within the estimated time window.

Julian was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Although the issue resolved itself while he was there, he still took the time to inspect the unit and my furnace, and recommended a much-needed cleaning. He was honest about the age of my system and, rather than pressuring me into an expensive replacement, he advised me to simply start preparing for one in the future. I really appreciated that thoughtful and no-pressure approach.

Most importantly, I’m thankful Nero’s was available when every other HVAC company had a wait time of up to four days—during a week of 90+ degree heat! I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend their services.

We value fairness, honesty, punctuality, and professionalism. Julian and his team met the marks for all categories. Julian responded immediately on Thursday evening. he even gave me suggestions as to what he believed the problem could be after I explained to him that the vent was blowing warm air and the units outside fan was not turning. He had a technician out the next day, which was Friday. Julian dispatched his technician, Glen Moseley, out to us on Friday. he quickly diagnosed and identified the problem, called Julian, and reported his findings. Julian then called us to tell us his course of action: he stated that everything is closed right now but will reopen on Monday morning, and he would place the order for a new fan motor and get it installed as soon as possible. Tuesday, Julian called us again, this time to inform us that he had received the motor and was dispatching the technician out to install it. We were so happy because the weather forecast was calling for high heat for the coming week, high nineties to 100’s so we thought” Bravo to Julian and his team at Nero’s Heating and Air!” And most of all, the price we were quoted to do the repair was fair, honest, they showed up punctually, and both Julian and the technician were so professional during our whole experience with Nero’s Heating and Air, and we will forever be a customer of Julian’s company. We will recommend them to all our friends and family, and anyone who tells us they have a problem with the heating and air.

I was not feeling any air coming out my vents for over 3 days, worried did I need a whole new system, I needed a HVAC specialist. I called Nero's and was provided with Ray Ray, he was very professional and knowledgeable, he also had great communication and customer service skills. Within 45mins he was done and my air was running normally. I would highly recommend this company for affordable and fast service.
