Eric is amicable and industrious, efficiently completing the carpet cleaning task. He inadvertently didn't provide me with a receipt, so I reached out to Level Up Carpet Cleaning to request one. The lady I communicated with there assured me that she would promptly email the receipt. That was two days ago and I just received the receipt today.
