I live in Seattle, Washington, but own a house in Bethesda, Maryland. Alex has helped me organize and move things and has been a great resource. Her work has been thorough and fast and she’s a very easy person with whom to communicate. I highly recommend her.

I didn’t realize how much depression had overtaken my life. I haven’t had visitors to my house in over 6 months because I was too tired and too overwhelmed to handle the mess. My son’s birthday is coming up and we have a ton of family coming from out of town for his party. I knew I couldn’t allow anyone in my home the way it was.

I contacted Cozy Home Studios and spoke to Alex. I sent her a detailed video of exactly what my house looked like. Honestly, I was nervous, worried about judgment, or that she might think less of me as a mom or even as a fellow business owner myself. But that couldn’t have been further from the truth. She met me with nothing but kindness, understanding, and reassurance about how she could help.

Yesterday, her team showed up ready to work and wow, did they deliver! Every detail was handled with so much care. I even had zoom meetings while they were here, and at one point I forgot they were in the house because they were so quiet and respectful. By the time they left, my home didn’t just look different…..it felt different.

Scheduling was easy, the process was smooth, and the results, honestly, I don’t even have the words. Thank you so much, Alex and Cozy Home Studios, for bringing peace back into my space. I’ll definitely be calling you again!

I first used Cozy Home Studios' services in December, after a particularly difficult beginning to the month. I needed a quick clean after work and colds made our house messier than usual after our regular monthly cleaning. Because it was so close to the holidays, it was hard to find someone with a slot, but Alex was great in reaching out and sending someone, AND it was a very fair price! She saved our Christmas, for sure.

I just bought an organization package to help bring order to our son's bedroom that had spiraled out of control. He called it a "junkyard," and we were all overwhelmed when we tried to tackle it ourselves. Alex sent Ali to help us, and she was AMAZING. Our son worked with her to clean out old toys, organize, and clean his room. AND she was super fast, and got the job done in half the time estimated. My son absolutely loves his "new" room, and so do we!

My husband and I decided to use Cozy Home Studios quarterly over the next few months to tackle other spots in our home, because the bedroom transformation was that amazing.

I recently hired Cozy Homes for a package that included major decluttering, reorganization, and then a deep cleaning. Overall, it was a good experience.

One of the biggest wins for me was finally having my garage cleared out — something that had been overwhelming me for a long time. Alex was a great help in identifying storage solutions to use and gave me a road map and advice on where to put things. Her partner put together my solutions, which was a huge help. My closets and pantry are now organized for the first time I've been here. It’s been great for my mental health.

The deep cleaning team was outstanding. They were extremely thorough, and my home looked as good as it did when I first moved in. Honestly, I wish I could have them come monthly.

Alex, the owner, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I’d recommend Cozy Homes, but I’d also suggest being very clear about the schedule for visits if you're a planner and the amount of stuff you have so you can manage your package hours well.
