We had a building emergency during the flashfloods at the beginning of July, and C&C was on it! Scott had crews out there immediately and was at the site to make sure everything was resolved ASAP. They're the best!

This company has been Beyond phenomenal. From the moment they arrived on the scene , assessed the situation and started to remove the soaked carpets and padding and moved in a dozen dryer units and huge humidifiers was faster than you could imagine . They estimated that it would take 3-5 days. And it took 4 . We can not thank the team enough. Thank you all……..Jose, Jonathan, Alex and Julio. Very very professional and on the ball. Even in a stresssful situation they made it as calm for us as possible. Very grateful.

My AC unit's drain pipe clogged and caused a flood in my son's room and then seeped through walls and into a staircase outside of my unit in the hallway of my condo. Our property manager contacted C & C for me. They were fantastic! They were at my condo in an hour, set up a dehumidifier, fans, and got everything drying in an hour from the time they were called. A week later, they were back and restored everything to it's original condition. I would never know anything had happened.
Separately, the condo building I live in (I'm the Board President), suffered a severe flood over this weekend. The condo property manager once again called C&C in the wee hours of the morning, and they were on property at 3 am, performing their mitigation services and moving water out of our building and drying.
I am hugely impressed with everyone at C&C, including Kristine Kennedy, Oscar Agular, and everyone else that has shown up and worked so tirelessly for our community! Thank you, C&C Complete Services! Great work!

My HOA/management company hired C&C to address some water damage to my unit. They were supposed to test the flooring in my bedroom for asbestos before removing it. They neglected to do this and ripped it out anyway. When the "expedited" test came back 5 days later, it was negative, but I spent Labor Day weekend wondering if I had been exposed to asbestos. In addition, they removed the vanity and hose in the powder room in my unit and the unit above me. The supply valves started leaking in both units. Instead of addressing the leak, they tied large plastic bags around the valves and left them for 5 days before coming back. The bags overflowed and I now have more water damage in my unit than when this company started. It's a mess, and I'm not sure how a water mitigation company can create more water damage.

Right after I posted this review, many new, 5-star reviews started showing up, almost as if they asked their network of property mangers to write positive reviews to negate mine. I never heard from this company again after they damaged my home. It's completely unprofessional and shady and makes me think twice about allowing contractors into my unit after this disaster that they created.

I cannot emphasize enough about how outstandingly good C & C Complete Services has been as a damage remediation and renovation service.
They are the best service in this market above all others and should be your only choice when you have a fire, flood or other calamity. I think it is important to recognize the outstanding efforts or the entire C&C team from the remediation, reconstruction down to all the accounting and management involved in a recovery project. When in doubt, call C&C! They are truly amazing, especially with response time. As a commercial property manager in the Mid-Atlantic area, the last thing you want is to have a remediation company called because that means something bad just happened but since accidents/incidents happen, C&C has never failed to show up within 30 mins any time, any day and getting the job done! They provide excellent service by communicating with the customers and providing detailed reports.

As a commercial property manager in Washington, DC, C&C is my go to for all remediation services. I've been a repeat customer for over 10 years now. Over the years, they have helped with water damage, mold remediation, emergency board up for broken windows, etc. C&C's response time is excellent - no matter the day of the week, or time of the day, they have always been able to get a team onsite within an hour (often times within minutes). They also provide detailed progress/completion reports, which makes reporting to ownership/filing insurance claims much easier. Excellent customer service and quick response. Highly recommended.

C&C responded to a flood incident at my property, a 283 unit high rise condo. They were prompt and professional. Within 45 minutes of the call to Katie Halfhill, staff was on site to begin remediation. They helped with communication with the insurance company to make everything there easy (as easy as an insurance claim can be). And their workers were courteous and did a good job. Will be using them again (although we hope we don't have any emergencies any time soon!).

Decent and timely work however,
Used my bathroom without asking or permission and left pee all over my toilet seat.
Left glue residue and trash from repair materials on my rug and counters.
Some of the repaired areas started to come apart soon after the work was completed.

C&C crew came to replace insulation behind on of our walls after a leak from upstairs. Job required cutting into wall, replacing insulation, the patching wall back and repainting. Outstanding work from start to finish including from Phil who came by to do original assessment and provided proposal. C&C is the best!

After being hired to do flood mitigation on the condo building where I’m a tenant, C&C used 16-gauge cords to run powerful machinery and as a result blew multiple fuses in my unit, then kept insisting they had just tripped a breaker and we didn’t know what we were talking about. The following day we came home to find our door wide open with techs working inside, even though we have a pet. Just really unprofessional and invasive.
