I had vinyl porch railing installed. After a while, the post started coming unglued. I reached out to someone several times. They finally came out to look at it but never repaired it. They also stopped responding to my text. I had referred my neighbor to them. They got the business but still ignored me.

I recommend this company highly due to their professionalism, skills, and dedication with perfection

Was great in the beginning when it was time to put up the deck. They agreed to come back and stain the deck. When I called to set up the staining they would not return calls, ignore calls etc. I had to contact someone else to do it after a month of getting the runaround.

Simply put, they did not finish the job. And after almost 1 year, it isn’t clear that they have any intention of doing so. Against my better judgement, I paid the remaining balance before they finished the job. Well, they never returned and are obviously ignoring my calls/texts. When you pay for something with your hard-earned money and sign a contract, you expect for contractors to hold up their end. I guess they don’t feel like coming back for the small amount of work that they have left? Either way, this is not good customer service. I’ve held off for almost a year before writing this review b/c they were so nice in the beginning, and did do good work. But, you just don’t treat people this way. You honor your word. They have great reviews for fencework, but I wouldn’t trust them with installing wood floors in your home (or anything else for that matter).

I am so thankful for JPQ General Construction, LLC. I reached out to get a quote for a NEW service they offer for residential and commercial cleaning services. They responded right away and came to view the property and project that same day. I was given a quote and several easy options to PAY. On the day the crew arrived on time and extremely professional, the service was 5 star. They spent time and maximum effort for the service. I will continue to use JPQ on all current and future projects. Next is interior and exterior painting, I'm looking forward to another outstanding job.

Jean Paul does professional work at a very affordable price. He’s repaired and reinforced a fallen fence of mine, as well as designed and installed a new wood fence with gates, all within a matter of days. As long as I am living in the area I will call him for all my fencing needs.

I signed an agreement with JPQ on May 25th to have them install a deck. They stopped responding after I told them I wanted to get a permit before they started. We exchanged several emails afterwards. They pretended to be trying to get a permit. Getting permit is not hard, I called the county to get the permit instructions. It's now August 12th and I haven't heard from them in over 2 months. I have text and emails to support my review

We have been wanting to replace our rotting wooden fence with a long-lasting vinyl fence. We liked the rail style but could not find any vinyl fences that would contain our dog. JPQ designed and built a custom fence using solid posts and vinyl boards that had the exact look we wanted and works perfectly for keeping our dog. He was easy to work with and completed the entire project in two days. Very happy with the results.

Jean Paul was very responsive & came to my home within 24hrs of my request to provide a quote. His quote was very reasonable & fair. My husband and I engaged with three different companies before selecting JPQ General Construction for our fence installation. Not only was their quoted price considerably lower than the other quotes, but they were also the fastest to respond, very professional, and able to work with our timing needs from the get-go. We needed a tall wooden stockade fence to replace our chain-link one in order to keep our dogs in, and are very happy with the finished product. Not only can our dogs no longer get out to go on adventures in the neighborhood, but the fence looks great, adds a good deal of privacy to the backyard, and the crew Josh sent was excellent to work with. Paul was very considerate of our needs with the dogs (making sure not to remove the old fence until absolutely necessary) and always checked with us to make sure the fence met our needs at different stages. They were also able to install a beautiful, level fence and remove the old one despite our overgrown weeds and unlevel ground in some areas. Finally, they were very timely; if they said they'd be here at a certain time, that was when they were here. Overall we are very happy with our experience with JPQ and would use them again if we have any future needs.
