The plumbers do great work when and if they show up

I have never experienced such lousy service, after waiting for about FOUR MONTHS I called another company and got the work done. This company came through American Home Shield 🤬🤬😡😡

AA came on time and cleared my drain no problem. They were polite and helpful, and even helped me diagnose the problem so that it doesn't happen again.

They had to come three times in on month to dig up the front yard and replace different parts of my main drain. Also they missed their appointment to resend the lawn. I am still waiting for them to show up days later.

They hopefully did a good job replacing a very long water line to the house after old one became exposed and froze. They never followed through with final covering of the trenches and reseeding. After multiple calls to have the backfill done they brought out crushed brick which will Never be able to be mowed over. Always say they will get back to me and never do. Thais has been ongoing since February! Do not use this company!! Pictures of finished job!!??

AA Twins Plumbing (Dewayne and Don) talk a good game but have been giving my 76 year old mother the runaround for the past 11 months after she paid $3,500 to fix a groundwater problem. Yard still flooding! Countless promised and then missed appointments. Very disappointing!

Be warned worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The company is unorganized with no communication between the supervisor, dispatcher, and employees. I had an appointment to fix a leak and in the end I had to find a completely different company to do the work because for 3 weeks I was given the runaround. First, a plumber came out and said a part need to be ordered so I had to wait another week. The second time, a different plumber came out to fix the leak and didn’t know about the part that was supposed to be ordered. The third and fourth appointments, plumbers never showed to fix the leak. I spoke with the supervisor Dwayne he kept telling me he would call me back and eventually just started ignoring my call. I spoke with Don also who was apologetic but gave me misinformation that the plumber was just running late and would arrive soon but again no one came. I’m sure they don’t care about losing one customer but this could be you. If possible go with another company. A company that respects other’s time and their customers.

Very Bad service offer, very expensive charge me $500 for a minute of inspection which was not what was explained. Not sure why this company things they will grow under the backs of struggling Americans

They showed up and got everything fixed in right at an hour. The worker was pleasant and explained what was broken and how he was going to fix it. I was satisfied with the work that was done

We established a contract for a job and paid a significant deposit. What we got was a whole string of excuses as to why they couldn't show up at the job site, and when we could force them to be there, they would claim not to have what was needed and disappear. We finally had to hire a second plumber after two months of run around. We have asked them to return our deposit, but are having to take them to court.

I needed my water heater replaced because it was leaking. They came out inspected it and scheduled the replacement a day or 2 later. I strongly recommend this company.

This company was recommended by Sears through their warranty program to fix a disposal unit. Sears advised us that they booked the appointment for us, however, this company told us they would not honor the appointment because they did not have any availability for a whole week.

Also, beware- this company is not good at returning phone calls.

Horrible Business! After accepting the work order from my warranty company and having the water heater shipped to them. They called the warranty company back and said they couldn't do the work. Thus putting my family at risk! we have a child with special needs and hot water is critical. Never do business with them!

This company is the worst. If you have American Home Shield and they assign this company, call and ask for them to assign another company. I was assigned this company for service on my water heater, I called the number and a female answered the phone and scheduled me for the same day service between 4 and 5 pm. I called around 3 pm to confirm and a female answered the phone and proceeded to tell me they were booked and did not know how I could have been booked for service today (sounded like the same female who I talked with earlier). I informed the female that I called at 11am and was booked for service between 4 and 5pm. She stated she was at the store and would call me back…she never called me back. I called the number again at 4pm and no one answered the phone.
I called American Home Shield and asked them to assign another company, due to the incompetence of this company.
If I could assign zero stars I would, however, it was not an option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

They were assigned through AHS. They made a prompt appointment and showed up right on time. The plumber was able to fix both of my issues within a couple of hours and I was extremely happy with their customer service. I would definitely recommend in the future.

AHS assigned them as the contractor to repair my garbage disposal. They contacted me promptly and set up an appointment. Tech was early and completed all necessary work with no issues.
