tech arrived on time,had to order dryer belt which will take another week without my dryer.tech asked me if i wanted dryer cleaned from lint, i told him yes,it took under 5 min with dry vac with lint flying all over my kitchen,for this i was charged $50.00,i really don't think that is fair,i am being charged over $300.00 for this service.

Jerry came out to my house to fix my washer. He called to let me know he was on the way and was on time. Jerry fixed my washer in less than half an hour and then talked me through what had caused the break and how to prevent another break.

* Our service guy was tremendously helpful and completely fixed the washer, updated the dryer and cleaned up the refrigerator in the time I thought he would take for the washer alone...so very helpful and it was Labor day weekend
