The driver didn't have an ID# or a "how's my driving?" sticker on his van, but I think that he probably deserves a paid vacation, whoever he may be. While driving home today, I used my turn signal and changed lanes in front of him to get to my approaching exit. With great enthusiasm, your driver accelerated and closed the three car-length gap to within a few feet of me, while sounding the horn and flashing the headlights, despite traffic already surpassing the speed limit. I immediately understood his urgency and got out of the way so he could pass me, and then got behind him. He seemed so proud of your company that while passing me, he even rose his hand in a dignified gesture, while chanting what I can only assume to have been "We're #1!" Sadly, he got stuck in the same traffic as I did, and got stuck behind someone SLOWER! How horrible. Obviously, this guy is working very hard to get things done for you in a speedy fashion. With employees so dedicated to getting to the next job, your company has to be the best around, and I'd highly recommend you to anyone.

If somebody driving a company truck tries to brake check you and beeps at you for doing the speed limit on a residential road it means there is something wrong with the people working for the company. I wish i had grabbed the license plate number so they would know who the driver was. It happened in around Essex in kenwood Highschool around noon. Today

This truck nearly killed me and other drivers near eastern ave today July 29, 2025 at 2:17pm as the driver realized they missed their exit and went kamikaze trying to cross 3 lanes of traffic going very fast. Thankfully me and other cars evaded him and were run off the road without hitting each other

Great experience with Malstrom as my company moved our office from one side of town to the other. I worked with Chris and Bill Malstrom, and everything I needed was taken care of. Every step was thought out, Chris was there to assist when things fell through the cracks and was able to make things happen on our tight time crunch. Our cabling from the floor to the server room (and our Dmarc) came out great. Chris made sure we didn't forget anything through the process and made suggestions for better options or alternatives as we went on. Called Home Depot for an estimate to get gutters replaced. Salesman came out around the third week of August to give estimate and I signed contract and paid deposit the next day. I needed to get work done asap since water was coming in house from the wood being rotted. I was told the work should be done the week after Labor Day. I didn't hear anything so I contacted them on 9/8. Now they said the installer is booked until October and there was nothing they could do. I told them I couldn't wait that long and would need to call someone else. I asked to have a manager call me back (which they never did). Supposedly my refund was going to be processed the next day. It is now 10/4 and I haven't received my refund. When I called, the rep spoke to the sales manager and he had just processed refund today after telling me I would receive it within 5 - 7 days on 9/8. I shop at Home Depot almost every week and I can't believe they treat their customers this way.
