J GILL Construction updated my electrical panel and installed a dinningroom fixture. Both jobs were completed on time, neat and reasonably priced.

Jorge was referred to me by a friend for whom he did a marvelous bathroom renovation. My jobs were small, in comparison. He installed recessed lights throughout one level of my home, updated a small laundry room, replaced all smoke detectors, and replaced a hose bib. The work was expertly and meticulously done. In particular the lights look as if they were original to the house, with not a trace of patching. He is reliable, fast, and, very importantly, returns your phone calls. 5-star rating, without a doubt.

Did a bad job because the technician came out and said my HVAC system was dirty, to clean it on the outside he charged me $140. He also said that my freon was not low and I asked him was it a leak and he said no. When I scheduled him to come out to clean my system then he said it is a leak and for me to call my home insurance again so that he could come back out to fix the leak. I know he knew it was a leak at first he just lied to get more money from me. Please Don't use them because it's all about the money for them. I'm a single black woman, I pray that he didn't look at it like that but yes I think so because he know I didn't know what he was talking about..

Omar was great.. He was professional, speedy, but took his time, and you can tell really enjoys the work he does... I moved into a Townhouse with no AC, and he quickly worked with the Owner and started working next day after estimate. Thank you again, it feels great!!

I can’t say enough good things about HVAC Simple LLC. He repaired my air conditioning faster and cheaper than the other company I first had out who put me off for a week and wanted to sell me a a whole new unit. Great customer service for a reasonable price!

I called up Omar at night to inquire about his availability. My heater was not working and he came the next day bright and early and took care of the problem. I am thankful for his quick response and his professionalism. Definitely will recommend to others and call him up in the future if I need services!!!!

I would give Mr. Omar 10 stars if I could. He came and fixed my AC when I needed the most. The inside of my house was literally 94 degrees and I was using multiple fans to get me by. He had to order parts for my AC but was taking too long to arrive. He then had to find a store that had the parts and got it for me. He showed up at my doorstep at 2pm and saved us from the heat. Million thanks. He is very professional and I highly recommend his services!
