Unicorp Home Energy Services did an excellent job installing our new roof in a timely and professional manner. They provided a very competitive cost proposal with good recommendations for the best shingle style and materials to enhance the beauty of our house.

The installation team did a great job of protecting the plants, shrubs and trees around the house to prevent damage when removing the old roof and installing the new roof. The team also carefully inspected all areas around the house to ensure there were no nails or shingle materials on the ground around the house.

After a few years (yes, years, not days or months), one of the storm doors Unicorp installed at my home started to come loose. And I lost the key to the lock. Unicorp assigned JR to solve the problems and I just have to say he is so wonderful. Not everything can be solved in one day due to, hey, the physics of the universe (paint has to dry, parts have to be delivered) however, JR is always on top of what needs to be done, communicates in a tinley manner, shows up when he says he will, keeps his word, and handles everything practically and reasonably and well. You cannot go wrong with Unicorp.

Brian came to the house and didn't waste our time with any hard sells. He was friendly and professional and came prepared with everything he needed to give us a reasonable estimate. He gave us a realistic time frame and the door even came in early. Pawel and his crew had the knowledge and patience to make sure the door was properly installed. Can't say enough about the job Unicorp did installing our new Hardie Board siding! It looks fantastic and was installed with an acute attention to detail---communication was phenomenal throughout the entire process! Will be doing business with Unicorp again in the future!!

Unicorp replaced siding in five areas with Hardy Board. There were persistent communication problems. More importantly, they did not follow the contract on two key items that were in capital letters in the contract leaving me with less insulation and need for future painting; we agreed to reduce the contract value by 5.5% as a result. Finally, they did not properly wrap the lead-based paint coated wood that they removed. As a result, when they picked up the dumpster, rain water drained out and left lead-based paint debris on my driveway and in my yard. I had to clean it up. I would not use them again.

We love our new windows from Unicorp! They are beautiful and they made our rooms brighter. The installation was better than I expected, I am thrilled with how it turned out.

Had the most excellent experience with Unicorp. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, kind, and professional. They replaced most of windows, installed Hardie Plank siding and soffits, and subcontracted out to have the brick painted. The whole project was seamlessly coordinated and easy. And the result is a completely transformed house. Would not hesitate to recommend Unicorp to anyone.

Working with Unicorp was a wonderful experience. We had 27 windows replaced, as well as our front door and a sliding glass door for our basement walk-out. It was an intimidating project, but Unicorp was with us every step of the way. Our sales rep Alex was friendly, knowledgeable, and responded to our every little question quickly and thoroughly. Never lost patience with us, never got pushy, even though we procrastinated for 6 months before finalizing our contract. The installation exceeded expectations as well. Pavel and his team were courteous, skilled, and tidy - no messes left in their wake. By the time they were finished we felt like old friends. The Vytex Fortis windows themselves are great. They do a good job of keeping the heat/cold out and maintaining a more consistent temperature throughout our home. And we absolutely love our new Pro Via front door! Cannot recommend this wonderful company enough!

Unicorp just did an extensive home renovation at my house (siding and porch remodeling), and I think they did a fantastic job. I'm impressed with the quality of the work, and their estimate came in slightly below the cost of the 4 other companies I consulted with. But just as important as the price and quality of the work is the fact that the company was responsive and clear in their communication throughout the project. The sales people (Alex, in my case), the project manager (JR) and the on-site workers (Francisco, in particular) were consistently in communication with one another, so that it was easy to deal with the inevitable adjustments that needed to be made as the project was ongoing. I'm very impressed.

Brian is responsive, knowledgeable and dependable...he goes above and beyond if even the tiniest issue needs to be resolved. Unicorp has replaced the room on my home twice (1st when I bought it and then after 20 years), put on new siding and gutters, and replaced all the windows in the house. The crew is respectful and proficient in their skill. The quality of both the workmanship and the products themselves is stellar. I will continue to use and reccommend Unicorp as long as I own a home and have a need. Ten stars wouldn't be enough!
