Mr. Rema is amazing. He is always timely and fits us into his schedule. His prices are reasonable and more than fair. He does honestly work and doesn’t try slip extra work in or up-charge.

Mr. Rema does work for a few of us in the neighborhood. We all love him and trust him with anything.

Mr Rema primary does plumbing. However, he handles many other services and is the perfect all around “handyman.” I call him for everything!

Rema replaced a couple of old pipe elbows that had rusted through and were starting to leak. He also replaced and repainted the drywall that needed to be cut to access the pipes. Rema was very professional, great at communicating, and completed all work in a timely manner, all for a very good price. I would highly recommend Righttime Plumbing and Drain to anyone experiencing a plumbing issue or looking for quality work on their next project.

One of the most honest and professional man I have dealt with. He was quick and punctual and knowledgeable. Took care of our problem quickly and efficiently. I give him my highest recommendation for any of your plumbing needs. As a retired police officer I have run into many Individuals that I would not necessarily recommend but Raymond is absolutely one. I would highly recommend. Pricing was fair and work was complete with a two year warranty. You can’t go wrong allowing this man to take care of your plumbing issues.

I needed someone urgently to come fix an issue with my toilet. It was Sunday evening and many other places I had called were unavailable or closed. Righttime was able to come within an hour and a half of me calling and fixed my issue right away. I was very impressed with their availability and professionalism.

We had an emergency at 4pm on a Friday when our water heater began leaking and flooding the basement. Rema showed up within an hour and got a new water heater installed same day within a matter of hours. Very highly recommended. Pictures show the mess before.

Stellar service. Quick response, excellent and knowledgeable professional. Rema snaked a clogged pipe on the main line and quickly resolved the problem. Highly recommend and will definitely be using his services when needed.

We had a winter nightmare — our pipe froze and burst very suddenly. Rema came out immediately and triaged, fixing our main water line first and moving to contain the leak. His quick work saved our basement from a lot of damage. And then he came the next day to complete some other repairs and fix drywall. Highly recommend

We bought an older home with slow running drains that sometimes back up in the basement and fresh water supply lines built before the city increased water pressure in the neighborhood. In one day, Rema snaked the main line of our drains out over 100 ft to city service and installed a pressure reduction valve on our incoming water supply to bring everyone up to date. Finally, we don't have to worry about old plumbing. Thank you, Rema!

Rema is the best!! He responds quickly and does excellent work. He has assisted our restaurant with installations that involve gas lines as well as plumbing issues. He is our go-to for resolutions and always gets the job done efficiently.

Absolutely outstanding service! I called needing help with my water heater and he came out the same day. Pricing was very fair and transparent, no surprises at all. He fixed my water heater quickly and professionally, but what really stood out was how he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
