Appliance Repair reviews in Columbia, Maryland

Best service and most professional technician I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Found the problem immediately and fixed it in under an hour. Highly recommend.

Prompt and courteous. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. This business card will NOT BE LOST!
The BEST service at a very fair price.

Exactly the type of service you’d hope for - totally honest and shared information with us that helped us but didn’t even generate ABD business. This company is the go-to!

I’ve used ABD several times in the past and they’ve been fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Great service and very knowledgeable! Prompt and polite. Our fridge/freezer was not cooling and all our food was melting. Prompt diagnosis of the problem. Reasonable rates for service.

Easy to coordinate with, showed up on-time, found the issue quickly and got it fixed on the first visit. Provided a 90 day warranty for the issue. Definitely recommend.

Prompt service. Diagnosed and repaired waterflow problem all within 1 hour. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend his work.

Abdollah was very responsive and provided same day service. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem on his first visit. I would highly recommend.

Exceeded all expectations. Same day service call, courteous, had to order a part and called the next day to finish the job. Microwave working properly now. Highly recommend.

So he comes and diagnosed the problem of the leak but would not actually fix it because it was coming from the rear of the fridge and did not want to move it. Still wanted his $150 for a service call.

Usually,I am not used to put any reviews, but I would like to thank to Mr,Abd because of his excellent job. He fixed my parents refrigerator and dishwasher by provided lower price with great service

Abdollah came out on a Saturday afternoon when my dryer suddenly stopped working. He was at my house within an hour of calling, and fixed my dryer that day! I would highly recommend ABD Appliance!

It was great working with them. Professional, curious, and the prices where no higher then the big companies. It was easy to arrange for a repair schedule, because they have night hours. I will be using this service from now on, and will recomend them to others.

Our oven was not working. We called Mr. Abdullah and he showed up right after that.
He fixed it right after part delivery. He is responsible and organized.
Highly recommend him.
Would hire him again.

He did not fully diagnose the problem with our wall oven and left in a hissy fit after I called him out on this. He refused to test the different oven cycles to determine if the unit was operating properly and it still is not. He is extremely unprofessional and rude, and mutters a bunch of incoherent nonsense. Would never use this company again since the technician was also the owner.

My dryer timer didn’t work properly and didn’t turn it off at the time requested. Found ABD services online and called them. The technician arrived prompt, courtesy, honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

ABD appliance fixed my dishwasher when other companies would not. I am grateful for his tenacity and ability to solve a problem other companies blew off. He is on time, does what he says he will do, and goes the extra mile. Call him-you will have a new favorite repairman!

Our refrigerator was freezing instead of cooling. Means all of foods were freezing in refrigerator. I called ABD appliance for that issue. Mr. Abdullah showed up quickly and diagnosed the issue. He came back right after part delivering and fixed it.
He is doing great job.
I highly recommend this company.

Abdollah and his company are fantastic! The prices are very reasonable, he is very experienced and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently. He is very prompt and punctual and was a sheer joy to work with! If I have any problems in the future, I'll be sure to call him :)

Very professional technician, did very good job for us. He was on time and final price was same as estimated.
He came to fix a dishwasher which other company told us is not removable, but it was removable and professional technician was able to do a great job!
Highly recommended!

Abdollah is wonderful. One of the biggest things missing in repair these days is honesty. Abodollah is always honest about what needs to be done, very punctual, and even texts if running late, and quality workmanship. I have recommended him to all of my friends and neighbors in the area. Very trustworthy. I highly recommend ABD Appliance.
