In January, we discovered some extensive water damage in our basement around the sliding doors, due to improper water diversion flashing on our deck above. Mo accurately assessed the extent of the damage, including rotting joists and framework. Basically our whole interior back wall of our basement had to go, but Mo was able to clear out all of the damage and make new frames so our new doors (from a third party) could be coordinated for delivery and installation. Before he closed up the wall, he put insulation in place which hadn't been there before. The initial reason we were going to replace the sliding doors before we knew about the damage was to cut down on heat loss. Now everything looks better than it did before and it will be more comfortable in the space. Mo and his crew do fantastic work. Professionalism, efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs are his focal points. I won't hesitate to call him for our next project.

Anytime there was a hitch and something needed to be purchased, he went out to the store, purchased it and came back, and did not charge us extra. His pricing is reasonable. We are so grateful that he came to work on all our projects at home. We had a lot of projects and he did everything in a timely manner, cleaning up promptly after all the work was done.
