Mike was professional and courteous and I wish that I could have let him do the work. However, your business and pricing practices are terrible and I have removed your magnet off my refrigerator and will not be calling you again.
I was quoted $963 for snaking my drain and replacing the garbage disposal. My husband had just returned home from a trip and I wanted to spare him that chore, and would have if the price had been anywhere near reasonable. But $850 labor for a 2 hour job is thievery and I could not bring myself to do it. We have bought the $118 dollar garbage disposal and my husband will spend the 2 hours doing the work himself.
If you are paying your plumbers $400 an hour then I applaud you, but I get the feeling that Mike makes far less than that. You should be ashamed of yourselves, and as I said, I will not be calling again.

The price is ASTRONOMICAL for a little job… they just get you because you need them. After work was done, I checked with some pros and they gave me a cost that was one third of what I paid them. If you have time, check around before you give them a job. I was taken one but no more… I could’ve bought a brand new hot water heater for the replacement of a “ T “ joint that they replaced. WOW
