Great work

So disappointed! I've used them a time or two in the past for small jobs and found them to be fair. However, this event was ridiculous. I needed a new utility tub installed in the basement and I purchased all the parts. Had the plumber come out with the intention of hiring him after he quoted. He looked up the price on his computer and it said $1236.00. Huh?? I immediately balked, he got his boss on the phone and his boss said since they were there they would do it for $900. Huh?? I told him the job should be $250 - $300 max. The boss said have a nice day. Before leaving all of a sudden the plumber said he would do it for $600. Huh?? I said goodbye. I hired Stanton Plumbing in Columbia, MD. The price. . . . . .$211.50 !!! Wish I could give ZERO Stars!

Seadmok installed a new water line service on the "private" side from a meter vault (he installed) into the home on day 1, and on the "public" side from the main to the meter vault on day 2. The public side was half the price of the other contractor bidding, and the private side was competitive. We were super pleased with his responsiveness to our schedule needs. Our neighbor with the immaculate yard was impressed with Seadmok's closure of the hole accessing the main in his yard and the replacement of the original sod.

Very professional, he gets the job done quickly, by far one of the best contractors I have worked with, I highly recommend him.

Needed to upgrade my water meter and supply line to 2in for a property in Baltimore City. The process was a pain to say the least…contractors wouldn’t take the job, weren’t licensed or approved by the City, job wasn’t large enough, etc. Seadmok connected me with the right people, navigated me through the permitting process, and did the entire construction project in one day….even washed and cleaned the street. There was little to no disruption to my neighbors and the crew was the best I’ve seen. Thank you Sidney, now I’m back on track.

Just before going out of town our water heater decided to start leaking at the nozzle at the bottom on a Thursday afternoon. We called another plumbing company and they told us they couldn't get us in until the next day and gave us a 730am-9pm window. By 1130 am Friday we had heard nothing from the other company so we gave Ehrhardt a call. Not an hour later Vince was there diganosing the situation and putting a temporary fix on the heater until we could get it replaced so we could go out of town and not worry about coming home to a flooded basement. The replacement was scheduled the day after we got back. They arrived within 30 minutes of the appt time and was done in just 2 or 3 hours. Could not have asked for a better experience, would recommend them hands down to anybody and will definitely call them again for our next plumbing situation.

Professional from front desk to the plumber. Tracy is incredibly responsive - had parts ordered and repair plan in place before they even scheduled the visit. Rob was really nice, showed up on time and worked fast - finding and fixing other issues as needed, while not doing more than was necessary. Definitely my new go-to for plumbing.
