When they show up, they do a good job. It’s a matter of getting them to show up that is the problem. I made arrangements for them to come on Tuesday to install a new dryer vent hose. That’s a real simple job.. I called around noon to see if they were still coming. They said that they didn’t know because the system was down but it should be up by 3 pm. I made allowances for that and so I expected them on Wednesday. I got a call on Wednesday night and they said they were stuck in traffic but they had my stuff in the car and would stop by. I gave up at 9 pm. Since I was next on their list, I fully expected them to come on Thursday morning. I called around noon to see if I was on the list. They said I was and that I could expect someone between 4 and 6 pm. It’s now 8:45pm and I’ve called several times to see if anyone was coming but all I get is the answering machine. My last message said to forget coming and that I would get someone else to do the job.
