Doesn’t return calls. Took a part of my dishwasher and said he’s being back a new piece and never did. Finally got a hold of him and he claimed he never took the piece. We also said only one person to come in due to us having an immune compromised person in my house and said the other person was necessary but all they did was talk trash about my dishwasher, never actually repaired it.

I don't think they are even open anymore. Never or return phone calls. Nor do they check messages as it says the mailbox is full.

Fixed flat top range and same issue came back 2 months later. Can't get a return call. been trying to call Belair for 2 weeks, calling almost daily. Can't leave a message because mailbox is full. Wont' call back or answer to texts. Have zero idea how they are in business. Not reachable or reliable work. Use at own risk.

I called Belair Appliance Repair one Saturday morning, forgetting that it might not be a work day. Chris answered, and I described that problem I was having with my oven. Chris said that he'd be by in about an hour, after he had finished some chores at home. Sure enough, he was at my door on time with tools in hand. Happily, the job was a small one -- reattaching an oven door that I had removed. He explained what the problem was and completed the work in about ten minutes. It was obvious to me that Chris is very knowledgeable and highly competent, and I have decided that he is going to be "my man" whenever I need appliance repair.

I called for two problems needing repair: dishwasher soap dispenser, and a clogged, leaky refrigerator interior drain system. Every house in Bowie has little things that need to be fixed, and it is difficult to find a business to help. This was my first time using Belair Appliance Repair. So easy to deal with. Came when he said he would. Repaired the troublesome equipment and got things going again. He is definitely in my personal telephone directory. And the price was reasonable.

Three months later I had a refrigerator door with a broken spring, so it wouldn't close easily/properly. It was not a big job, but it was very annoying because it required using two hands to close the double doors. First Chris used the model number to try to locate the parts. No success, but the next day he tried a different way of searching and found the part. He took the time and trouble to keep after my problem until he was successful. He texted and came over to complete the repair that afternoon. I really appreciate that he looked out for me and extended himself.
