Our technician was Leon. Our wall microwave oven required a control panel replacement. Leon was professional, prompt, skilled, courteous and friendly. He provided us with a courtesy call as to his time of arrival and definitely was within that timeframe. Wonderful technician! Great Work!!!!! Highly recommended!

Via was easy to schedule. Carl, their tech showed-up with repair parts in hand. He explained everything he was doing and left with everything working and back in place. They are a pleasure to work with when you need appliance repair.

AVOID. I spent $400 so they could replace parts without fixing the problem. They sent 5 techs over a 60 day window on 5 separate visits. The dishwasher still has the same problem. I gave 2 stars because they were polite and tried. I am buying a new dishwasher. I am out $400. Lesson learned.
