Lee came out to fix a leak in my basement and he was fast and efficient. He was nice and easy to communicate with.

T. Mayes Plumbing was assigned to a work order through American Home Shield (AHS) to replace a couple of faucets inside of my home. Robert, the technician who was assigned to the work order, actually arrived to complete the job ahead of the 10am-4pm window, which was a huge plus. Robert was also very professional and knowledgeable of the task at hand. Robert installed the new faucets quickly and the new faucets fit my kitchen and bathroom sinks perfectly.

I have been an AHS customer for 10 years now and It’s usually a roll of the dice with which contractor is assigned to a plumbing job but whenever I hit the jackpot and get T. Mayes I know that the job will be done very well.

Had another company come out before Mayes and made my situation worse then tried to say I needed an expensive part replacement to fix it. Got a second opinion from Mayes, Ray came out and diagnosed the issue and fixed it in less than 30 minutes, no extra cost to me, all covered by home warranty. Great friendly honest service!

We used Mayes for a leaking shower faucet and handle and they were great to work with. Our handle was a tricky one, and they were great at diagnosing the issue and replacing the faulty part. They had to order it and had it in and replaced very quickly after diagnosing the issue. They ensured everything was in working order and put back correctly. They also made some suggestions on things to keep an eye on with my specific set up, which was much appreciated. From setting up the appointment on the customer service side to the techs that came out, Mayes was great to work with!

Fantastic service. They were very upfront in the services needed and the anticipated timing of the receipt of the new tank. The techs weren't timely, very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. An overall great transaction

The technician did a great job of communicating with me regarding the plumbing issue that we have at our house. He told me what to expect and also a timeframe for the completed job. He was kind and patient answering all of the questions that I had.

No, they didn’t get it right the first time out (not their fault. I thought it was all good too) BUT they made sure the job was right with the follow up.

Great experience with this company. Plumber arrived within the advertised window. I was notified via text when he was on his way to my home and estimated time of arrival. When he arrived he was able to identify and quickly fix the issue. Verified with me before making any Dixie’s or installing anything. Would use again!

I was having a issue with my Garbage disposal. it was leaking , Mayes Plumbing resolved the problem replaced with a new garbage disposal. When Tech arrived he was very knowledgeable & professional. Thank you.

I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had two issues, one with our washing machine and the other with a toilet.

The first technician who came fixed the washing machine and started the process for replacing the toilet. He was thorough, helpful, explained everything, and was also respectful and kind. He was even super sweet with our 4 year old granddaughter who was over at the time and intrigued with what he was doing!

The two technicians who came to replace the toilet, John and John, were also amazing! They were kind, polite, respectful, and helpful. They even took note of a 5 drawer filing cabinet that had been delivered to us the day before and was still sitting on the front step and offered to bring it in the house for us and put it where we needed it, and they did!!! So very kind and helpful and above and beyond!!!

The company was prompt in all of our dealings with them, and the technicians did great work and kept my house clean!

Really excellent service. I have a home warranty and they were the chosen company to do the work. I had a clogged drain for my washing machine and the gentleman who came quickly snaked the drain. He was on time, super professional and did the job quickly. If I ever have non warranty work I’ll definitely contact this company.

This is my second time using this company and I am again impressed. They show up on time and get the job done quickly and efficiently. Our technician John showed me what was wrong, explained what needed to be done, and took care of things being careful not to make a mess. He didn't mind me sitting and watching hoping to "learn" a little about plumbing. Would definitely use them again, though hoping I don't need to.

Amazing work!! My hot water heater decided it wanted to burst and needed to be replaced asap. Mayes came out this past Tuesday and had the old hot water heater gone and a new one installed (along with some new water lines to bring it up to code) and running within around an hour and a half or so. We really couldn't be happier. I really appreciate the great work and definitely recommend these guys!

The plumber from Mayes was very friendly and professional. I definitely got the impression he knew what he was doing and had no concerns as he explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand as a layman. He quickly and efficiently got the work done and gave me a lot of good advice regarding our basement plumbing and septic as well. He was also very respectful of us, our cats (pets can get in the way), and our property. I highly recommend this company.
