I purchased an HVAC system 4 years ago & have the bi-annual maintenance with them. From the estimate for purchase throughout the check ups, Boothe's have been a great company to be associated with. Boothe's delivers honesty, integrity & with excellent service & staff.

Fast reliable service. So far I've had a heat pump system replaced, a well pump replaced, and some smaller plumbing issues resolved. All of the people that I've had the pleasure to meet have been very professional and excellent in their craft. Definitely will be using Booths as needed in the future.

I have been using Boothe's for years for my generator maintenance. Recently, I had to get a new generator right before the big storm. They got installed the week of the snow just in time. Brandon, Dale and the team members provide wonderful service and are great to work with. I recommend them highly.

Boothe's customer service is very good. We had a maintenance appointment scheduled for our generator in five days when unexpectedly it failed to start during it's weekly start up. This was the day before a big storm with power outages a real concern. I called them knowing they would be busy the rep asked about the problem. He said they had technicians out working on service calls and they would call when the tech was on the way. Within hours the technician came and fixed the error and completed the service that was scheduled for later in the week. Quality service all around.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Boothes has been amazing from start to finish. We had our HVAC and electrical panel upgraded. Every person I spoke with or came into contact was wonderful. They do everything possible to work with your schedule. The crews showed up on time and worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves very well. They are also very reasonably priced and do a wonderful job trying to find discounts and rebates for you. Because I live in PG county our stuff didn’t go as smoothly as it should, to no fault of Boothes or any of their technicians. But when I say that Aliyah handled things, she handled them even with the county. She also dealt with Pepco for us as well. Their customer service is top tier and I would choose them time and time again. They really are a wonderful company to deal with and they do great work.
Update We just used Boothes for some plumbing work. Service and work are still top tier. Highly recommend them!

As a member their comfort club, I contacted Boothe's at the height of the winter storm for an unfortunately timed plumbing leak. As they were impacted like all of us were, they sent someone out as soon as possible. Not only did they thoroughly inspect and troubleshoot the leak, when they were unable to duplicate the issue they waived the service fee. I have used them for various services many times and have yet to be anything less than impressed with their professionalism and outstanding work. Thank you Boothe's for all you do for Southern Maryland.

Our oil water heater was blowing black smoke from the chimney and also activated our CO detector. I turned off the water heater and called Boothe’s around 1PM on Thursday. We have two homes and 4 systems enrolled in the comfort club so we expected quick service. They advised they could not make same day and scheduled for the following day, a Friday. Friday I did not hear anything from the office or a technician so called at 2pm for status. Still coming today was the reply. I called again at 4:30 and after being slightly more persistent, I was told they had to cancel due to high volume of AC emergency calls but would come on Saturday. Kyle showed up around 1130. He was very professional and courteous, really great although he could not fix our oil water heater without parts that were not on his truck. Had to reschedule for Monday morning. That will be 4 days without hot water. This unit was installed in 2019 by Boothe’s, so not very old. I am surprised parts failed already, about a year after warranty ended. I expect Boothe’s to treat us like the loyal customers we have been and charge us a fair price next week after so many days of this inconvenience. I will update my post if able after Monday’s visit. That will be 2 days I miss work so I hope they can make this right! I have every confidence that they will. **UPDATE** Brandon came out on Monday and was able to repair the system and get it up and running perfectly. So far so good! Robert joined him at one point for about an hour and assisted. After all said and done, they did stand by their work and lived up to my expectations. I raised my review from 4 stars to 5! Excellent!! Very professional in every aspect. Technician, Josue, was on time, courteous and professional. Found the problem in about 5 minutes. Heating system was fixed and running in under an hour. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I have used Boothe's pluming several times. The gentleman that have come here have always been friendly, respectful, polite and professional. They stay till they find the problem and fix it. They do the job right no rushing to get done and be gone. They follow up and if you're not satisfied they will send someone to fix the reason you're not satisfied.

I have a Generac propane generator that was installed by another business that has since quit servicing. I found booths at the Charles County fair about a year ago and found out they would come and do the annual maintenance on my system. They came last year and I purchased a service contract. This year‘s visit was the second time they have come. I am very satisfied with the service. The technician was fantastic. The latest visit was to replace apart that properly should have been replaced under warranty a long time ago. The current technician returned and replaced it he let me know that it was still covered by warranty. The service was wonderful. Looking forward to the next annual visit and hopefully nothing will go wrong between now and then, but if it does, I know I can call boost and they will be here.

I had an excellent experience with Booth. I had a no heat situation that they responded to immediately and got me out of a big jam very quickly. They were professional prompt. They were cleanly and efficiently, and I had very good experience. I’d highly recommend them for others.

Our pipes froze during the recent ice event. Our regular plumbing service blew us off, but Boothes came to the rescue with an excellent team that went out of their way to ensure my water was up and running, even going to the store to purchase a heater for my crawl space! Thomas was excellent and very concerned about our wellbeing. Thanks so much for the excellent customer care.

The full team was great start to finish. They answered the original call in a reasonable time, got me scheduled within 2 days and we're very clear and reasonable with expectations and process. Josue was great, he explained issues and offered general suggestions while performing the work, not being pushy to sell at all. Would recommend them to anyone!

Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains, Electrical did my Generac Generator service completed today by technician Chino and I got more than I bargained for. Mr. Chino actually did an inspection on my electrical panel box and took time to explain to me about the new codes for breakers as well as for the outside for having breakers on my HVAC fans. This meant a lot to me as he even discussed getting continued services from Boothe’s now for a reasonable price. Outstanding work today and thank you Mr. Chino. I highly recommend Mr. Chino with Boothe’s.

We used Boothe's to repair a urinal that was giving us trouble at our office. Our technician's name was Khalil and he was such a pleasure to interact with. From the start of the process he was friendly and informative, and all communications with the company were timely and professional. We are back up and running within just a few days of our first call - can't ask for more!

As with all previous Boothes service technicians, James Black is a consummate professional, who is highly knowledgeable within his career field as he demonstrated during my semi annual HVAC maintenance. This man knew his stuff and deserves to be in front of more residential customers to shine his skill set as well as show regional customers the dedication that Boothes employees demonstrate on a daily basis! Well, worth the monthly service charge to have peace of mind on a Great performing HVAC system for my family. Boothes needs more employees like James, this man deserves a raise!

Great experience with Boothes! I talked with Owen to get my quote and set up an appointment for a new tankless water heater and Jaiden came and installed it with his team. Very fast and efficient, highly recommend!

We needed to have an issue checked with our water heater. The service was timely and all issues seemed to be resolved as he checked everything out for us. Very polite, provided good communication and answered all our questions. We really appreciated he could come out today ... thank you Boothes for excellent service.

Boothe's was able to get a technician to my home within a couple of hours to address an emergent issue. The technician, Chris, that arrived quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He patiently explained what the issue was, how it happened, and the appropriate resolution for it should it happen again. I was very impressed with this whole experience, my first with this company.

I had 2 services with booth so far and the 3 rd one is scheduled. They will explain in detail about the system when you call them for check up with a very reasonable price. They will list thoroughly maintenance issues needed. The technicians are so friendly and knowledgeable. They take time to do their job effectively. I would greatly recommend Boothe’s service!!

I love this company. Very knowledgeable tech, thank you Trey, arrived and serviced my generator for its yearly check, whoch they installed a few years ago. I had no issues scheduling an appt and the office phoned when the tech was in route with est time of arrival. Appt was about 15 minutes and an all ok given. I will continue to use Boothe's and hope they will continue to offer their great service to Charles county.
