Poor professional..no f/thru..after making an appt.
No respect to call to cancel..Was at my neighbors today Sunday (3)days he left flyer. I showed him his ad, he stated not him...I asked what Is your CO. name of the landingscaping business. Stated he doesn't have a name for it!
It was the company neighbor told me..he's not being honest & disrespecting..after leaving his flyer on my mailbox 3 days before.
I call, make an appt. He doesn't show..bad news business. Goes to my sneaky neighbor the next day Sunday...and he being sneaky and Now All Knows throughout the web on his survey . BEWARE of this ....Business..dishonesty follows.

Four Seasons always exceeds my expectations. While the job they did for me yesterday was small, grout & stone repair, it was done with the professional care and expertise everyone hopes for. Will only hire them for all my needs and look forward to the next project. They are the very best.

I had a great experience with them. Despite my project being relatively small and simple (a 200 sq. ft. paver patio behind a townhome) they seemed to treat me like any large project. I often have trouble with contractors who don't care to work with anything under a $700k property, but Four Seasons did an excellent job. That was about two years ago, and my patio still looks great.

The team at Four Seasons did an excellent job on our back patio, front steps, and landscaping. The communication and execution was great, they helped us through every step of the process. Highly Recommended.

Four Seasons just completed building a concrete paver driveway and a slate walkway for us. Both exceed our expectations. The work is beautiful. Doug and his crew are really artists. We had a good idea of what we wanted, and they made it happen. Our neighbors have all been very complimentary. We recommend Four Seasons Landscaping without reservation, and look forward to working with them again.

We met for a quote & discussed the project (vinyl fence, resod 1600 sq. ft yard or do artificial grass & some plants in the front). I really liked him & was ready to hire them. They never sent the quote and wouldn’t not return any messages. It’s been about 2 weeks. Just ghosted.

Doug and his team at Four Seasons are excellent! Four years ago, Doug designed an entirely new front walkway plus all new shrubs and trees. Within the first year, it grew beautifully and today, it is stunning. We were so pleased, we’ve gone back to Doug two more times. Two years ago to fill in an area in our backyard that lost so many trees over the years due to storms — it is a lovely oasis in our backyard today. Then less than a year ago, another storm took out a few of our front yard trees and Doug planted a new bed of replacement trees. The landscaping looks so good, the delivery people even comment on it! We keep going back to Doug because he creates beautiful designs with high quality products. Plus his team does excellent work. We highly recommend Four Seasons!

My entire experience with the Four Seasons Landscaping Team was best-in-class at every level. From initial-concept meetings with Doug, to design planning, budgeting and then project delivery – Four Seasons was on point every step of the way! I couldn’t possibly give a higher level of recommendation! The attention to detail and final product is outstanding! I've completed 4+ complicated projects with Doug and will plan to use him anytime another once comes up!

It was a pleasure working with Doug and his crew on our daughter's large hardscaping project--a larger front stoop, a new and longer retaining wall, beautiful, lighted steps and a front patio. The entrance to their home went from narrow and downright dangerous to welcoming and gorgeous! Doug was creative and flexible throughout the project as our ideas and vision evolved (our daughter requested non-invasive/native-if-possible plants), and his suggestion to create a patio space in front and add lighting to the steps for safety was inspired.

His crew was communicative, reliable, and did top-notch work. We also had them seal a patio in back and improve drainage, and plant a tree to commemorate our grandson's birth. Although the original plan called for new plantings, we decided to add perennial flowers for now and complete the planting vision at a later time.

We have had many experiences with contractors, good and bad, and Four Seasons Landscaping & Nursery was among the BEST we have ever used!

That was a quote from one of our friends when they first saw our new patio that Four Seasons Landscaping built for us.

This is the second time I've used Four Seasons Landscaping to install a patio at a house we've owned. Their work is TOP NOTCH. Doug and his artisans transformed a poorly designed patio into a backyard oasis. As can be seen from the before an after photos, we went from having a limited and cluttered outdoor living space to one where we now entertain year round.

We have an expanded pool deck with Travertine tiles that stay cool in the summer with lounge seating on once side and firepit that seats 10-12 off the other. We now have a brand new outdoor kitchen on a raised patio off the main kitchen in the house. Additionally, a second raised landing was installed to provide a walkout from our sunroom which leads to an outstanding fireplace on the main patio area (All flagstone).

At our most recent holiday party, everyone who saw the patio thought it was gorgeous. Tastefully and thoughtfully laid out with amazing craftsmanship. Many said that it felt like they were at a resort.

If you are looking for someone that takes pride in their work and does it with the utmost care and attention to detail, I would highly recommend Doug and Four Seasons Landscaping for your next project.

Working with Four Seasons Landscaping was great! Doug was extremely attentive and helpful with providing expert advice, creating a low-stress design and proposal process, and following up all through the job. Doug's crew was also quite good and created exactly what we asked for and expected. They were efficient and always took the time to pause and discuss progress with me. They did a full-service job, moved our irrigation system where needed, and put finishing touches with plantings once the patio was complete.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for more, and we got exactly what we asked for from Four Seasons.

Excellent, professional service. Cleber, Angela and their staff are easy and pleasure to work with. they are very responsive, reasonable and timely. Materials used are always high quality and they have a good follow up. we have had them for over 5 years and have been very happy with them.

The team did a great job! They sloped the ground away from the house (which was not previously the case), installed a pipe to carry the down spout water under the patio and put down the base and paver patio. They also built a stone step for us to get into the house. While digging, they cut our verizon fios line, which is the reason for the "B" rating under professionalism. They did handle the situation professionally by installing a second pipe under the patio for the Verizon team to thread the cable through at a later date without any up charge, however we were without internet for a few days. They used Nicolock pavers which give the patio a more sophisticated look than just the typical pavers. We are very pleased with their work and will definitely use them for future hardscaping needs.

I am so glad I reached out to this company. The management, Mari, and Project Managers, C.J., and Christian, were delightful to work with. They were pleasant and helpful every step of the way. Their crews diligently and respectfully worked non-stop to build a stone wall around flower beds, and remove tangled roots and underbrush from under and around my trees. This was such a positive experience and I highly recommend them to other customers.

While I have not hired them to do work, quite a few of my neighbors have. Each time they have done a project, they have cut the bricks to fit as needed. They take no (xtra)care in trying to dampen the dust that their cutter creates, subsequently covering everything for a block in brick dust. Theoretically, yes it's dust, it will wash away the next rains, but it covers everything and a lot that will not get washed by rain. And, while we wait for the next rain, the car, the windows & screens I just paid big $ to have cleaned last month. Everything is covered. Also, after cutting and dusting up everything all day, they take the blower and blow off all the dust from the project creating an enormous dust cloud. I don't understand if this is standard/OK practice or if there is nothing to be done on their part, but I do think they should let folks know this will happen and help with the cleanup.

Awesome job and very reasonably priced. They were really responsive, came out and gave me a quote and got started a week later. We needed them to tear out a ton of old irrigation and slate walkways and put down new sod. They finished it all in 4 days and it looks gorgeous. Thanks!

We worked with Xtra Care to install pavers and regrade the yard. They solved our drainage issue and installed a combo of permeable and non permeable pavers that look wonderful. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. It was a huge project, but they made it seem easy. We would definitely work with them again. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic landscape company! Xtra Care does a great job taking care of all my landscaping and lawncare needs. The entire team is extremely attentive, handles problems immediately and always gets the work done on time. The owners and staff are simply great people to work with!! Love them!
