Lyons Plumbing did a fantastic job repairing our old American Standard shower faucets (and assuring us that there was continued support to repair rather than replace old hardware). We look forward to working with them in the future.

I called Lyons Plumbing to fix an annoying shower leak that had been getting worse over the course of a year. Dan was professional and very communicative during the entire process. He sent Mark out to fix the problem and he was also amazing! He kept me updated on all of the small issues he was fixing and he installed the entirely new shower faucet I bought. I cannot say enough positive things about this team. I will only use them going forward and I am so glad to say that I now "have a plumber"!

Let me tell you how much I love Lyons Plumbing!!! I've been using them for the last couple of years and have always been satisfied with their services. But in early October 2023, I woke up and had no water in the house. I didn't even hesitate, called Lyons Plumbing at 6:45am and not only was answered by a real person, but was promised someone would be out mid-day. A few hours later, I got a call that my mother had been taken to the emergency room and I needed to get there right away. But I also needed water at my house. I called Lyons and they were quick to say that they would still come out if I was comfortable leaving access to the house. Because of the excellent service I'd received over the last few years, I didn't hesitate. Mark came to my house, assessed the need for a new well pump and immediately called to keep me in the loop. The next day, while I was at the hospital, Mark came to my house, replaced and tested everything and called to let me know I now had water!
I cannot begin to describe how much it meant to me to have someone that I trust have access to my house and perform a major repair without me even being there! They continued to call and text to ask how my mom was doing. Where else are you going to get THAT kind of service?? It meant the world to me. Thanks, Lyons!!

Mark and Dan were great. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I kept expecting little things to pop up and inflate the price of the estimate, but nope. Even the bits they explicitly warned me that I might have to cover (like additional copper pipes), ended up just being included in the original quoted price.
And the quoted price? Nearly half of what Ben Franklin quoted me for installing a water heater.
I'll definitely be calling Lyons first for any future plumbing needs.

We have used the team from Lyons plumbing for multiple repair work at our home in Damascus. They are our go-to team for fast, friendly and effective repairs. Dan is a great owner and he has a good crew (Mark) that is super efficient and fast with their work. Absolutely recommend using this crew for your next repair work.

We had a couple of small gas leaks in our system that needed repair. The initial estimate received from another company was very high. Lyon's came out the same day and repaired the issues at less than 1/2 the price, and finished the job in under an hour. They were respectful, professional, and efficient. We were very pleased (and happy to have our gas restored!). Thank you!

Moved in to a new house and discovered the toilet was wobbly and leaking within the first day or so. Actually posted a plumbing request on Yelp to another plumbing service, but Lyons responded first, and after checking their reviews decided to go with them. Mark, one of their master plumbers, came out the next day, identified the problem, and fixed it for us in about 30 minutes, as well as gave us some general plumbing advice. We’re very happy with the professionalism and quality of Lyons plumbing, and they will be our go-to for all our future plumbing needs. Thanks, Mark!

Had a major leak under a kitchen sink around 10 this morning. Spoke with Lyons (Dan) right away and they sent a very nice and capable man, Mark, out at about 2 p.m. A part was needed, but in the interim he manufactured a plug so we could continue to use our kitchen sink and dishwasher. At our request, he is going to order and completely replace a water sprayer within a week or so. Very impressed!

They may be fine plumbers, but I drove behind one of their vans for a couple miles today and they were so reckless, almost causing multiple accidents, coming into other’s lanes, driving aggressively. I wouldn’t trust someone with something as sensitive as plumbing who was okay putting other’s at risk like that.

First, I use checkbook.org to find all of the contractors that I use at my home. S Lyons Plumbing was in checkbook.org and had great reviews. I called on a Monday and spoke to Dan. Dan took the time and actually spoke to me about my issue and we talked about possible solutions. He scheduled Mark to come out Wednesday morning.

Wednesday morning, Mark showed up on time. He took all
Covid precautions and we spoke about the issue I was having with my water. We talked about what his plan was and he flushed out my hot water system and also inspected my water softener. Mark/Dan's solution worked and he was able to remove the smell from my water. Mark was professional, on-time and communicated effectively about the problem. I should also mention that I was contemplating replacing both toilets in my house. I talked to Mark about the toilet I picked out and he gave me the pros and cons of that particular toilet and also made a recommendation for a different brand.

I had such a good experience that I called Dan to pay the bill for the water heater and hired them to replace my two toilets. Again, Dan scheduled Mark for Friday.

Friday morning Mark called and gave me a 15 minutes heads up. He showed up and again performed the work flawlessly. Mark cleaned up and gave me all of the information regarding the new toilets. If you want a professional experience with good communication and a personable tech (Mark) then I would give S. Lyons plumbing a call. They will be my plumbing contractor here on out as long as I'm in this home. Thanks S Lyons for the professional service.

Dan and Mark are fantastic- responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. Mark fixed our low water pressure and a broken hose, and installed four toilets. Everything works perfectly. I couldn’t recommend Lyons Plumbing more highly. Great service and lovely people!!

Found Lyons Plumbing online and called them went my hot water heater stopped working. They quickly came out the next morning and replaced it the following day. Dan went above and beyond to do research to find the perfect fit replacement to eliminate some possible extra costs with the venting. I highly recommend Lyons Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

We called another plumber early on who not only didn’t fix our guest shower but made it non-functional. Mark Britt came in, fixed it and was even able to increase the water pressure. I’m a Lyons fan and they’re now my go to. Mark texted when he’d be here and did what he said he’d do - a true professional. Thank you, Mark.

We have used Lyons and Sons as our plumbers for a few years now. They just replaced our water heater today. They are always friendly and reliable. They return phone calls right away and show up on time which our previous plumber did not do. Their work is thorough and the cost is reasonable. Highly recommend them!

Had catastrophic failure of 66 gallon kenmore water heater yesterday afternoon. Luckily both daughter and I were teleworking. She was in basement and heard rushing water. called me down and water had already filled laundry room and was gushing from electric access panel. Called Lyons because of great job they did on prior occasion. even though it was evening they took call and arranged to get back to me first thing in morning with details. As promised they had all the info about range of models and prices, and scheduled installation that afternoon. Total price including installation and haul away was remarkably reasonable given retail cost of water heater. Both Dan and Mark were extremely knowledgeable, personable, and responsive. Cannot wait to run dishwasher and take shower. thanks again for incredible responsiveness. This is definitely my go to plumber from here on out.

I called Lyons Plumbing out of desperation in 2021 when my usual local plumbing company wouldn't return my calls and I've never looked back! I've used them three times at the time of this review and each time they have been prompt, efficient, friendly and responsive. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them. I only wish I'd found them sooner! Great work, wonderful people!

Kevin Lyons and Arvin Lange came to the rescue at my mom's house when she had a clogged sink for her aging house. Kevin and Arvin were super understanding when we had to reschedule and came out when they said they would and did an awesome job. I'm sold on the quality of their work and their commitment to getting the job done right. Don't often meet people these days who will follow through with their promises. Would recommend Kevin Lyons and Arvin to anybody else in my circle for honest and excellent plumbing work.
