Maria does a very thorough house cleaning. She cleans where you can't get to since she has the right equipment, i.e. underneath my king size bed! She vacums all the dust on the corners of your rugs. She will clean the vents, blinds, scrubs bathroom scum off (stuff I never saw was there). She'll make them look like new. You'd be surprise all the things we miss on our own. She is always on time and stays until the job is done. Definitely recommended!

Inconsistent service. Some of the cleaners are great while others aren’t. You never know which cleaner is coming so the overall service is hit or miss. We’ve had them break the shower curtain (and not say anything), miss place things, and once threw away my postpartum things (luckily found it in the trash before the trucks came).

They aren’t punctual. Will tell us they’ll arrive between 12 and 2 and won’t arrive until 4. This happens quite often which makes it hard for us to plan.

Most recently, they took our dish detergent pods. I had HALF a bag full of pods before the house was cleaned (day before) and when I checked the dat after for the next load there were only 2 pods left. I always check how much we have of everything in the house and buy more when we’re low. We were no where near low.

Patricia's Cleaning Company did an outstanding job doing a thorough deep cleaning of a rental property we own following the exit of a 13-year tenant. Patricia promptly responded to our inquiry, came out to do a walkthrough. Gave us a price at the completion of the walkthrough and she and her crew were on the job a couple of days later. We highly recommend this service provider.

Patricia's team is fantastic. They always do a great job cleaning, and I always find little touches that make me feel even more comfortable in my newly clean home. They replace the bin liners in the bathrooms and cinch them tight, or they line up my kids shoes neatly. That might not seem like a big deal, but it makes a huge difference to me! Also, Patricia reaches out the day before to confirm arrival time which is so helpful!
