Plumbing reviews in Darlington, Maryland

Alexander Plumbing checked an old septic pump for me to make it was still working properly. Mike arrived on time and was able to determine that all was working as needed. Thanks Mike!

Well pump failed over night, submersible pump and tank replaced and running the next day! Great job Mike! Always great service at a reasonable price! We have been a thankful customer for years!

The service was good. Recommended the electric company that I needed to do the job. I would use the plumbing company again for any plumbing issues. They were nice and the plumbing person that came was very polite. Nancy Sheubrooks

Mark was very unprofessional. He smoked on my property and he went to get something from Alexander Plumbing On my time and then he proceeded to give me a $300 bill. And it only took him 43 minutes. I would not recommend them to anyone. I’m going to go to Benji Plumbing the next time.

Alexander Plumbing is a "tour de force" in caring for your plumbing needs! Available and effecient, caring and respectful of your timing and property. Wes, has directly taken care of many plumbing aspects as needed including ejector pump, "fat" clogged drains and saving purchase costs of the pump and in-sinkerator, and replacing faucets. Mark has made himself available for emergencies like outdoor frozen winterized pipes. Shannon is a doll in coordinating their crazy schedule and is as kind as one can be! Love them! Depend on them! Use them!

Thank you to Mike M. of Alexander Plumbing Services for a quick fix and helping us with our water heater. Refreshing to have an honest and friendly service once again!!! Definitely recommend!

Gary was very honest. He did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing help.

As many know, I have been taken by people who weren't who they claimed to be. I just trusted people. After the road contractor stole 13k from me by taking the money and never coming back to do the work, I have been so afraid. If you know me, you know of all my plumbing woes and being taken advantage of by a company in PA. I found Alexander Plumbing on FB and read reviews and they came today. The best experience I've had in the 6 years I've been here. It all started with my initial call to their company and how the owner treated me on the phone. He did not treat me as someone new, rather it was if they had already done work for me. Very personable, very kind and has a heart for people. He scheduled me right away. The plumber who came was so nice, again treating me as if he had been here before. He did great work and was so knowledgeable. I will definitely use Mark and his team again. I am so very pleased! Call them first if you have plumbing needs, I promise you, you will be very happy with the outcome.

Very good experience. Called up to have kitchen sink drain cleared. Water backed up into sink. Got the appointment that afternoon. Successfully cleared by
Wes. Very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. He was a God send.

The new water softener, neutralizer, and tankless water heaters are great. The install was well coordinated and seamless. Thanks to Alexander Plumbing Services, the family now has state-of-the-art filtration system providing customized 21st century water management. It’s awesome 👏🏽

The gas cooktop installation was the final touch on a newly renovated kitchen. As usual, Alexander Plumbing Services did a great job. There’s good reason they are our first choice, when we need top-rate plumbing work.

The day after Christmas we had an issue with our water pressure resulting in no water throughout the house. We called Alexander Plumbing and they were at our house within hours. Wes worked quickly to diagnose and start fixing our issue. As he worked, he communicated about each step. After the work was completed, he provided support to help us flush the water lines and get everything working. We had water back THAT day!
