Terrible! Do not use them!!!

George runs a very honest and talented team. I have used them in commercial and residential settings and the results were all good. Their rates are good. They cover a large area from their Davidsonville location and over to the Eastern Shore as well.

Not professional and Lady Karen got mad because they quoted me to replaced urinal for “calcium buildup” for a urinal that is one year old. I told her that didn’t make sense, Karen told me to do it myself and hanged up on me, and didn’t believe I was a plumber myself, she told me why I was calling them and said I was raising my voice while she was screaming at me. They just lost a 29 restaurant customer for lying and being rude.

Great honest service! I again was very impressed with Guardian Plumbing. Not only good prices, but careful discussion of work that was needed. They have also have great lines of communication on the scheduling and are very pleasant in discuss the details of the job.

Guardian has worked on many of my critical plumbing issues on my rental as well as my own house and they do great work. Fast, fair prices with great communication when I can't be there. I highly recommend Guardian Plumbing services.

Customer service is important and I just didn’t appreciate the way I was spoken to or how my service request was handled. The communication is sub par and Kelly’s nasty attitude was no help. I will not be using Guardian for my business needs

We had a broken pipe discharging water at the interior of the home and the main shut off valve would not shut off the flow. Yes, a bit of an emergency in my view and I needed a plumber to shut off the water at the street to stop the flow of water and to replace the shut off valve so the other repairs could be made. I'm not familiar with what is the standard in PG county but a professional plumber should be and they should be helpful in a situation like that. They told me to call WSSC and I said I need the valve replaced so the water could be turned back on to the main house. I was then transferred, and a lady said that if I know so much that I should just go ahead and do it myself. That type of attitude in an emergency situation is not the best way to do business.

The gentleman came early than the time slot and I was excited about that. He explained what was going on and fixed my outside water hose in less than 15 minutes. It was a lil expensive but his professionalism and smile made it all worth while.

Had a contract to replace all copper feed and drain lines from the first floor stack to the entire second floor of our residential home. The contract clearly started "ALL" copper pipes to be replace. The Plumber performing the work was constantly distracted from phones calls by the owner of the company, Jack Pumphrey. This led to the Plumbers constantly leaving early or showing up late and the estimated time of 2 days for the work to be completely turned into 5 days. More importantly the Plumber, having his time investment into the job extended, started to cut corners on the job by denying the replace of certain pipes claiming that they are "fine". The work was not completed according to the contract of the replacement of "ALL" copper pipes. Will never use them again.
