Great experience at a great price. Highly recommend!

Our ac went out during the night, I emailed to schedule an appointment for service. I got a call at 8:15 the next morning and a tech had me fixed and cooling prior to 10 am. I was pleasantly surprised at the timeliness of Real Chill. Thank you.

We have 2 heat pumps that have not been serviced in years,, Charlie was the Tech, he worked late and made multiple repairs to the systems. He also took the time to greet the pets and get them acclimated to him.

Real Chill sent out a worker the day I called to check on a leak in our HVAC. We had a quote from another company that we felt was outrageous. The worker, Chase, gave us a temporary fix that day, to hold us over while the part needed was ordered! And, Real Chill charged us much more reasonable prices (the other company was going to charge us 2x the amount for coolant!).

This company, specifically Mr. Charlie, fixed my issue at home. He was very professional, very informative, and kept us in the loop. He got to the root of the problem and wasted no time getting everything back to work again. I’ll be a forever customer because of amazing quality work.

For over 4 years, we have had problems with our upstairs AC unit. We had several companies check the unit and they said it was working fine. This was not correct. It was hot upstairs. We called Real Chill. They came out the day we called and fixed it. Our upstairs is now cool. Thank you for your expertise , professionalism, and repairing our AC unit! We definitely recommend this company.

Amazing, Professional, Efficient, Reasonable Pricing

I had a situation where another HVAC made my problem worse. Real Chill evaluated my HVAC unit and provide a reasonable quote to replace the entire unit. The field employees were kind, worked quickly and professional and even cleaned up after themselves. They answered any question and moved things around to ensure the heating works properly in the house. The office employees are just as kind and friendly and coordinate extremely well with the field employees. I recommend Real Chill to anyone and everyone who needs maintenance work/repair work / replacement on their HVAC units. Gold Star and will be using in future.

We've had them out and they've fixed our stuff, but we've asked for quotes on things and never got any follow-up. Ever. Recent visit, guy soaked up an obnoxious amount of time to tell me a valve needed to be switched and was infinitely more interested in petting my dogs and lingering to charge me than actually do his job.

Highly recommend Real Chill in Deale, MD. AC was not working, called to request a service appointment in the afternoon, got scheduled for the very next morning. Tech Charlie was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem right away. All of the administrative staff super friendly and accommodating.

They have done so many things for the 23 years I have lived in Deale. They have always been so prompt in helping us. They recently did research for us and had us up and running for my mother in as little as 2 days for her thru the wall unit. The techs are clean courteous and so very professional. Evelyn is the owner and I want her to know how much I appreciate her. Amanda is her secretary and she is a huge help, ALWAYS. We had a total heat pump install with duct done in an existing home. The entire was very professional from the estimate, roughin,unit install, start-up, clean up. Thanks to all involved, this work was completed in a week even after I delayed this by 6months. Thanks again highly recommend this for any hvac work .

We had an issue with our AC not blowing cold air and contacted Real Chill. James Hall showed up a few hours after I called them, and it could not have been a more pleasant experience! BEST HVAC company! I don't do reviews much...They just replaced my last unit that was on the old refrigerant. It made it 20 years! Install team of Ricardo and Jason did an amazing job and went up and down the stairs 100 times during install to ensure it was done right. Real Chill clearly hires the best! A lot of companies talk about expertise, character and integrity but Real Chill actually practices it. Call them you won't be disappointed!

I was simply amazed with the professionalism, knowledge and conduct of the staff and technicians of Real Chill! They are highly Recommended!

We had just moved into our new home back in May, so this was our first winter with this heat pump. We have the home warranty that came with the purchase of the home. The heat pump stopped functioning properly back in November but we continued to limp along until January when it got really cold. We opened a ticket with the home warranty expecting prompt service within a week to be repaired. The tech assigned had over 9 no call no shows and when he finally showed up he failed to actually diagnose anything. Finally we were granted the ability to use an outside company from the home warranty. I did some research and chose Real Chill.

The office staff was friendly and very quick to get me scheduled for the next day, which I was excited about since I had been without a properly working heat pump for over 4 months and dealing with a shady service tech for over two months. We got snow the next day, but the office was prompt to call and keep me updated on the status of the trucks and what was going on. We rescheduled for Friday and the even called on Friday morning letting me know they were going to be there earlier that they thought. The techs were very knowledgeable, loved on our dogs which is always nice.

They were not annoyed by my questions and were happy to answer them. They were able to repair the unit in a short 2.5 hours. They helped me deal with my home warranty though not directly, allowed me to get the unit serviced through them and have a true technician troubleshoot and repair the unit in a timely manner. Glad to have a knowledgeable company close by that my family can rely on in times of need.

We could not be happier with our service from Real Chill! We were referred to them by a friend when our AC went out (and we were having a string of 100+ degrees days at the time). They sent someone out the same business day. I loved our technician, Charlie. He was super friendly and respectful; he’s a knowledgeable technician and a great guy! The office staff was top-notch, too. Mary was so sweet. She was really accommodating by making the appointment work with my schedule and was patient and kind while answering my questions. I’m so glad we chose Real Chill - their customer service is outstanding, the price was fair, and the AC works better than ever. We like supporting local business, too. We will use them in the future and refer them to our friends!
