Called to have my furnace serviced. Was not home at the time but told them where to find a key. When I did arrive home furnace had not been serviced and was no longer getting power at all. Tried to call multiple times to inquire as to what had occurred and no one would answer my calls. Finally I get a text message saying they couldn't work on my furnace. When I tried to call THAT number back, still no one would answer.
Update: Later in the day used a friends phone to call and surprise, I get an answer. Initially I was told they're tech didnt touch my furnace but then was told he may have disconnected power because the furnace exhaust was not connected. When I stated that was one of the issues I wanted addressed was rudely told they were not going to work on my furnace. When I asked why someone couldn't respond to provide any details as to why or what they had done to my furnace I was cussed out. Dont wanna work on my furnace........okay, but dont mess with it and then leave me wondering what's going on.......in January
