Excellent service from Candy and her crew. My Japanese maple was down in 15 minutes and was the area cleaned. Everyone was respectful of my property and all the work was completed for a reasonable and honest price. Thanks

I would highly recommend Shifflett Tree Service. They were the company recommended to me when a tree fell on my house during Hurricane Sandy and I have used them several times since. I have a lot of trust in the quality of their work, which is so important where trees are concerned. They recently took out a dead tree on my property and in addition to being efficient and professional, they did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.

They were always on time when they said they would be there, and they did beautiful work. I believe their price was fair and the works was spectacular. NOTHING for me to do - everything was nicely cleaned up. They trimmed 5 very large trees in my yard in 3 hours - they brought a proper sized crew for the work. VERY impressed. HIGHLY recommend.

Extremely professional company and experts at tree removal, waste disposal and clean up. After calling a few other tree companies, I settled on Shifflett. They are a well oiled family owned business who from start to finish was terrific. On the scheduled removal day, they moved in with military precision (and at 730a, as promised). From removal to trimming of other trees to the stump removal, they were great. Highly recommend!

Shifflett Tree Service responded to an emergency situation within 30 minutes. They were able to quickly evaluate the needs to remove the tree that was leaning on my house. Great service. Very friendly, family run company with a great team. They came out to our house today and took down 3 trees, then pruned some others. Their team worked like a well oiled machine. They were finished in only 2.5 hours. Everyone on the team was very friendly and personable. The did a great job cleaning up after they were done. Plus, they were very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I've been using Shifflett Tree Service fo over 30 years for both my residential and commercial needs. They are truly professional. It's a pleasure to see a family owned business that still does things the right way for so many years. They say what they'll do, and then do what they say and more. Shifflett Tree Service are true professionals and experts in efficiency. Communication was great and they really exceeded our expectations. We needed SEVERAL branches taken down from 2 of our aged white oak trees and they were able to do the work in less than an hour from start to finish (finish including cleanup). Thank you Candace, Uncle Danny, Grandpa and highly skilled crew for making our backyard a safer area for our boys.

We had been getting bids from other tree service companies and I happened to see a Shifflett truck in our neighborhood while walking my dog. I called them and scheduled an estimate for the next day. I am so glad we went with this company.

- not really a con, but you do have to wait for Ms. Utility to come mark lines so any work can be safely done, which can take up to a a week.

Excellent tree service provided by this family-operated business, which cut down two mid-size trees and one small tree for me in May. Scheduling was quick and easy. The crew worked well together, cleaning the area throughly after job was done. Friendly, courteous service. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

A very responsive, pleasant, and professional tree company. They gave me an estimate the same day I called, came out on time, and removed my tree for a good price which was the same as the estimate. They cleaned up perfectly and even took a few other limbs that had blown down recently. And all this was with three inches of snow on the ground. This is my third time using their service. I recommend them highly.

A tree In our yard fell down. Ms. Candy came out quickly to give us an estimate as well as figure out why the tree fell, and what were our next steps. Not only is she a very experienced arborist with a great wealth of knowledge of trees and their root systems, but she was quick to response and incredibly warm and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend!

Great experience with this company. We had a massive tree fall in our backyard. On a recommendation, I called them and they had someone out to check on it within 24 hours, sent a proposal within 5 hours of their visit, and then got us on the schedule for removal 3 business days after. Tree was successfully removed, and so quickly! They were very communicative throughout. I highly recommend!

We had a number of difficult issues including a tree with a dangerous lean and multiple large dead branches which posed a serious risk to our family. With over 60 years of experience the people were artists in their profession and quickly addressed difficult challenges. In minutes they managed to throw a rope extremely high and get full control of the leaning tree bringing it down safely in minutes to my amazement. They showed perfect mastery of their techniques with ropes, cutting wedges, undercutting, and hinges to perfectly and safely handle each and every challenge perfectly with total control. But most of all they understood our requirements and met all our needs and expectations at a very reasonable price exactly the way we wanted. We strongly recommend Shifflett Tree Service Service, Kim, Candi, and the whole team. They could not have been better.
