Tree reviews in Dickerson, Maryland

Thanks Pat and Team for an excellent services with 6 trees removals, where 2 of them needed a crane, 4 trees trimmings and many huge stumps removal. Our neighbors were all very impressed on how your team did all the work and you don't even know if there were once trees, stumps, and a yew bush. Also how clean your team did after all the work. They are still talking about after a month. Definitely would recommend your company to anyone and I hope some of our neighbors did also contact you too.

Patrick Musser Tree Service has maintained our 1.5 acre lot (with lots of trees!) for over 20 years. They keep the trees pruned so we have never had any kind of damage to our property. Mr. Musser is a household name for us, and we are so happy with the level of service and professionalism that he and his crews provide. They are a wonderful company and our holly and maple trees love them almost as much as we do!

They were fantastic and I would highly recommend hiring them! They came out for an estimate last week, were flexible and came in 2 days earlier than the originally proposed date because I was on a time crunch, and they got the job done quickly. They were in and out, cleaned everything up and the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you!!

Crew did an impressive job taking down a very tall tree in a tight area between houses. Crew arrived at the time promised, did a thoroughly professional job of tree removal, and cleaned up afterwards. I recommend them highly.

This was the 2nd time we used Patrick Musser Tree Service (see previous review), and once again they did outstanding work at an outstanding price, taking down a cedar tree close to power lines, a dead pine tree, a dying spruce, and some dead maple branches. I contacted Jody on a Thursday and she quickly scheduled the estimator Scott to come out on Monday. As before, Scott was right on time, reviewed the work to be done, answered a separate question about a different tree, and was friendly, professional and courteous. We elected the option to leave wood and debris on site and accepted the estimate. Not too long after a stretch of very rainy weather, Presley called/texted one morning to ask if it was ok for the crew to perform the work that afternoon (yes). Cole and crew arrived from another job, and he went over the work to be done, even offering to chip several of the branches in front that otherwise would’ve been left behind (thank you!). As before, Cole was friendly, professional and courteous, reviewing the work with me and keeping me informed, a pleasure to work with! The crew did everything in a safe and professional manner, and the work was quickly finished. Another job well done by the Patrick Musser Tree Service folks!

PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM EARLY 2023:
Patrick Musser Tree Service did a great job at a reasonable price and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They had previously done work across the street after being recommended by a relative of that neighbor. In our case, we asked them to take down 2 dead pine trees between us and another neighbor, a live mulberry tree that was growing towards / over our house, the remaining limbs of a dead maple tree overhanging an outbuilding, and several limbs from a live pine tree overhanging our house. I called them in November (it went to voice mail and I didn’t leave a message) and then submitted info and pictures on their website form. In early December I called to follow up, and Jody explained they were having issues with their website form. She scheduled an estimator (Scott) to come out the next day, which he did and arrived right on time. He said they would provide an estimate via email later that day, which they did, including 2 price options as requested – one for hauling away all wood and debris, and another for leaving the debris on site (which we elected). Jody scheduled the work about 2 ½ weeks later (rain and then ice/wind/freeze prevented earlier work), and Patrick Jr and Cole arrived right on time with a lift in tow and completed the work. They were outstanding – quick, friendly, courteous, safe and professional. A job well done by the Patrick Musser Tree Service folks!

We got four quotes for removal of a 90 foot old poplar overhanging our house and dropping dead branches on our roof and deck. Patrick Musser Tree Service was the second least expensive, and got great reviews, so we went with them.

The crew showed up on time, removed the tree without damaging the house or killing nearby smaller trees, and even blew the leaves off our deck since a few of them may have been from the tree removal process.

Based on this experience, we would recommend Patrick Musser and crew to anyone who needs a tree removed.

Patrick's team was awesome! Had to have some trees cut back and they did great and maintained a good cleanup when complete. Highly recommend! Very affordable as well.

They did a great job pruning our overgrown cherry tree. Our overall experience from requesting an online estimate, receiving and approving the quote, and scheduling the work was very easy from start to finish. They notified us in advance of the day they were coming and they were very thorough in completing the job to our satisfaction. They cleaned up all the branches and debris so you never knew they were there. We would definitely use them again for tree services and recommend to others looking for a reliable and trustworthy company.

Mussers Tree Service was phenomenal. They were prompt, organized and very cordial. The work was done in an efficient manner and the Forman of the job always asked if it was done to our liking. They were courteous and promptly cleaned the area . I had 30 trees trimmed and 4 cut down. I highly recommend them. I will certainly use their service again when the need arises.

I had 2 trees taken down and I could not be happier with the entire experience, including price. The communication from the office and the crew that showed up were great. Patrick Jr and crew showed up early and worked quickly. You could not tell they were there except the trees were gone, of course. I chose to keep the trees and they put them where I asked and moved the limbs and branches where I wanted them as well. I am getting ready to schedule another tree and plan on using this company in the future.

It was such a pleasure to work with Patrick Musser Tree Service. Their professionalism, attention to details, and expert industry knowledge made my tree removal experience as easy as it gets! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for maintenance or removal of trees!

The tree trimmers arrived on time the day they had scheduled. Spoke with me about the trees and expectations before they began trimming. They worked efficiently. They cleaned up the yard with rakes and leaf blowers removed all debris frankly my yard looks better after they left and it did when they got here! They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend.

Patrick Musser's service is super responsive! I had half a tree come down late afternoon with the remainder leaning. I called and they spent time that afternoon rearranging their schedule for the next day. They arrived the next morning at 8am and the tree was removed by 11. I have also used their trimming services which are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Very professional and responsive company. From the first call for an estimate, through permitting process to the actual work of tree and limb removal, they kept us informed. We were very happy with their service and happy to give our recommendation. A+

We had 8 trees removed and one trimmed by Patrick Musser Tree Service. The entire experience was fantastic. The whole team was professional, fast, and personable. All at an incredibly fantastic price.

They were incredibly responsive by email and had an estimator on site the day after being contacted. I live in a designated historic district and Jody made the permitting process a dream for me.

On the day of removal the team showed up early and in force. They staged equipment and hit the ground running. Finishing the job in less than 7 hours.

The job came out at just slightly over the quote and they take credit card online. The experience far exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend Patrick Musser Tree Service.

We were very pleased with the service from Patrick Musser Tree Service. They cut down several trees for us. They know what they’re doing. They have the equipment they need to get the job done. They were polite and friendly. There was no mess left behind, and the wood has been cut to a manageable size for us and moved to the place we wanted it to be moved. We highly recommend this tree service.

Cole and his crew from Patrick Musser Tree Service did a wonderful job taking care of our trees. Cole went through everything that we wanted to have done with our trees before they even started. After they were done went around to make sure everything was to our liking. They left our yard clean and we a very happy. We highly recommend Patrick Musser Tree Service.

Patrick and his crew were timely, efficient, and professional; their work tracked the estimate; Patrick answered my questions; he generously advised me regarding other potential tree issues; and the price was reasonable and fair. I'm happy, and Musser Tree Service will be my first choice for my next tree job.

Really happy with the service! The team showed up on time, did a great job with the yard, and cleaned up everything afterward. Super easy to work with and kept me in the loop the whole time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree work done. Will be using them again
