This place is not legitimate. And I think the other reviews here for 5-stars are fake. A man came to my house for a service call to repair my microwave. He pushed some buttons (note: He did not take anything apart) and he said he didn't know what was wrong,. He said it could be either "X" or "Y." I thought that the point of the service call was to diagnose the problem and to provide an estimate for the repair. I asked him what was the estimate for the repair and he said $400 (for a microwave!!!). I asked him how did he come up with that estimate if he didn't know what was wrong. He said he would talk to his boss and ask him what he thought was wrong. I said why didn't his boss come for the service call. He said his boss was busy. I asked him if he could call his boss to get support, and he said no. He said the service call cost $65 and he fully expected me to pay. I told him he didn't do anything and he didn't even know what was wrong and he couldn't provide me with a detailed estimate for for what it would cost for the repairs. I asked him if he could even provide me a receipt for the $65 service call, and he said no. I told him if he wanted to come back the next day with his boss he was more than welcome, but I wasn't going to pay him for doing nothing and for not even providing a quotation which detailed the problem and the replacement parts needed. Long story short, I didn't pay him. I did find a great repair man called Bel Air Appliance (from Mt. Rainier) who did come to my house, who did tell me what was wrong, and who did do the repair all within 40 minutes. And the Bel Air's price was very reasonable price (not $400!!).
